The shrimp were large, what I call two-biters, and lightly dusted with cornstarch, which gave them wonderful texture. I would expect Thai curries and Vietnamese pho soups to be of the same high standard. Lots of take out orders the Saturday we were there, and since everything is cooked to order, large orders may have some dishes at a lower temp than later cooked ones. Better to eat there IMO.
