Very disappointing experience at the Chicken Express in Hillsboro, Texas…read more First, they charge 15¢ for each extra seasoning packet. Charging customers extra for such a small item feels like nothing more than nickel-and-diming. To make matters worse, they completely forgot about my order. After waiting much longer than I should have, I went to the counter to ask about it. That's when I watched the employees quickly put my order together. They claimed they were "waiting on fresh chicken," but that simply wasn't true--I had been watching the chicken sitting there the entire time. Poor customer service, an unnecessary charge for seasoning, and then forgetting a customer's order is not a good combination. I won't be returning to this location. The owners should understand that nickel-and-diming customers while providing poor service is exactly how you lose repeat business.
