They performed collision repair work, front end aligment, full brake job. I drove the truck for a short period before one day we noticed a noise in the front driver's wheel. I turned around right away and was lucky to get truck home. I contacted them about the problem but the owner didn't contact me till the following week. My mechanic said the wheel was about to fall off. He said they should have not missed this, between doing the front-end damage work, alignment it was missed all three times. I went to the garage for an initial estimate, and then arranged a time to come back once the parts had been delivered. During the repairs, Julio kept me updated via text which was so considerate - no more wondering how the repairs were going / when they'd be done! And the car was ready exactly when he promised it. Instead of ordering a new unit to replace it with the body shop appears to have finagled a salvaged piece (while charging full price) and took over a month to do the work during which time we had to cover the rental expenses. More fun bits: - body shop called to say the work was done and car was ready to pick up - my Dad had to take a hour and a half train ride to get it only to find out they were still waiting on another part to finish the job...having to take a $50 Uber ride home after... - the "new" door has a worn down handle that is still leaving black residue on my hands, has obvious wheezing air leakage, and malfunctions electronically... TERRIBLE, dishonest service and product.
