She had an issue with our washer/dryer and didn't know how to fix it. I knew she had to get a handyman out there to fix it but she was really nervous to hire someone so I offered to help do research and find someone.   I called around to a few handyman places and after one call with the approachable appliances, I knew this was the place I had to go with. Zach was great on the phone and understood the situation completely. He quickly got us in the books and fixed the problem with my aunt's washer and dryer ASAP. Also, he was so trustworthy! I cannot emphasize being a female and having to deal with repairman/handyman, and always making sure I'm not going to get screwed over.  Zach was wonderful! Jeff discovered with a camera that the duct was disconnected in my finished basement ceiling. An unfortunate predicament, but they fixed the issue and I no longer have moisture, lint, and cat hair filling the ceiling they also upgraded the vent cover while they were here, which is heavy duty and will last forever IMO. Ultimately it was a pricey visit but they did the job and they did it well, and I would work them again. Thank you!
