Their consult room has a dental chair inside where photos, exams and treatment plans can be discussed. Their prices are fair, they're in network with Delta Dental, and their monthly payments are super duper helpful. We are always seen promptly at our appointment times and the check in system is super easy. They even have a room equipped with iPads and games to keep my kids occupied while waiting, and most importantly there's toothbrushes readily available for the kids!! My only complaint is rescheduling an appointment is extremely difficult, but I guess that is a testament to their practice and how many patients come. Thanks, Sunrise!

I must say, whoever the new management group is finally has got this place running extremely well,…read moreand has EXCELLENT service with very talented and patient professionals. It's not the most affordable service, but it is definitely on par with other dental groups in the area. The big bonus is that they have enough staff and resources to book appointments that are within days - not weeks. Things are done correctly the first time, and when they I did have an issue they made time that same afternoon to get me in and taken care of. I really appreciate this. I have now been going there for a year and had a crown and a replacement and both times they have done an excellent job and have delivered on time. The new management team is to be commended. I abandoned this place 6 years ago because it was just hopeless and ended up driving across town just to get decent service that was delivered correctly and I was paying a premium for it. The front office works well, coordinates and keeps appointments and works with me to get things done. They actually listen and follow through. It's a definite change for the positive. Thanks to Dr. Wong and team for putting up with me being a bit high maintenance. I appreciate you and your team!

I've been going to various dentists at this office for about 3ish years now. I randomly developed…read morehigh dental anxiety after I started coming to this office (not to blame them). As a 28 year old who has been to the dentist for cleaning every 6 months for over 20 years, I don't know why this started. I have been very open about my dental anxiety with this office and I know it is listed on my patient profile as well. My anxiety is so intense that they usually only do the bare minimum for cleaning, because that's all I can handle. I've never been prescribed anti anxiety medication for these appointments. They are not very compassionate towards my feelings when I come in. This is the only office that has ever pushed me to remove my wisdom teeth. As I finally decided to, I was told I would be put under general anesthesia. When I got there for the procedure, I was told 5 minutes before the procedure, that I would not be completely under or asleep the whole time. As someone who already has serve anxiety, this was super scary and I had no time to prepare. I woke up multiple times throughout the wisdom teeth removal and was in intense panick mode. When I woke up after the procedure was completed the nurse who was in the room with me, excessively repeated "breath through your nose and open your eyes" in frustrated/rude tone. I was trying to breath through my nose but was struggling to stop hyperventilating at the same time. And my eyes were already open. I tried to clam down so I could leave as soon as possible. I felt that while this office may be good for the general patient, if you have any sort of elevated dental anxiety, I would NOT recommend coming here. They just don't seem to be as compassionate as I wish they would be and they almost seem annoyed that I experience this uncontrolable anxiety. I cannot speak on their services because I feel mine are done a bit differently than the average persons (due to the anxiety that I experience)

It honestly made the whole experience so much easier. My daughter felt comfortable the entire time and wasn't nervous at all, which as a parent is such a relief. This was my third visit here and by far the best one I've had. I wish we could get her every time because it really stood out seeing my daughter so relaxed. We didn't have to wait long either, which is always nice. The office itself is super clean and I love that they have not only a waiting area but also a separate room just for kids to play in, such a thoughtful touch. Overall, I feel really confident that my daughter is being well taken care of here. The staff is friendly, the office is welcoming, and today just reminded me why I keep coming back. Definitely recommend this place to any parent looking for orthodontic care for their kids.

Hi, I'm very frustrated with today's appointment. We were referred for an orthodontic consultation…read morefor my 8-year-old, so I scheduled the consultation along with both of my children's cleanings to minimize trips. Your office contacted me to confirm the appointments, so I assumed everything was scheduled correctly. When I arrived, I was told the orthodontist doesn't work on Mondays. If that's the case, why was the orthodontic consultation scheduled on a Monday in the first place? I had to arrange childcare for my younger child and take time out of my day to be here, only to be told I'll have to come back another day. This was completely avoidable and feels like a significant waste of my time. I understand that mistakes happen, but this seems like a scheduling issue that should have been caught either when the appointment was made or during the confirmation. I hope you'll review your scheduling process so this doesn't happen to other families.
