It was very easy to request an estimate online for the transportation I needed for my mom and dad (who is her full time caregiver) to get them to her appointments that week. One was later in the day and the other was very early in the morning. Dove arrived on time for one pick up and was running about 10 mins behind on the other, but they were really apologetic for the delay which I appreciated. The best part was they had planned for any possible delay in their estimated time of arrival so my parents were not late at all! They are quick to reply to either an email or a phone call, which I have found is not the case with other transportation providers. But the best part of Dove is that they are truly kind and treated my parents with respect and care. I briefly met Denise and she was wonderful! Their vans are VERY clean, no odd smells, and the belts and straps needed to secure my mom's wheelchair were all in good condition- there were even extra straps they used.
