She berated me for bringing a Rolex into the store. I was confused until she told me they didn't carry Rolex anymore. She took the authenticity card out of the box and then told me I didn't even buy it there so why was I bringing it there. Long story short, she charged me $20 to remove one link. This lady had the cheese slip off her cracker. Don't go here.

I was speaking with a female sales person when a tall, older gentleman walked up and to see what we were discussing. He looked at my watch and said, "It's just an internet brand", and walked away. Actually, Ulysse Nardin is a luxury Swiss watchmaker that has been in business since 1846. According to the last official report of Neuchâtel Observatory in Switzerland, Ulysse Nardin had won numerous awards and honors for its marine chronometers from 1846 to 1975, including 4324 certificates, 2411 special prizes and 10 gold medals at International Exhibitions. By the 1870s, Ulysse Nardin's marine chronometers were in service with over 50 navies and international shipping companies Larry King, Michael Jordan, and Jeff Bezos all proudly wear timepieces from this illustrious watchmaker. The gentleman at Anderson Bros. was obviously attempting to insult me and my choice of watches by declaring it "just an internet brand", but he only succeeded in proving his ignorance. Perhaps he should educate himself prior to attempting to insult customers who enter his shop seeking to make a purchase. I took my watch to a very reputable jeweler in Dallas and they were able to order an OEM replacement band for just under $1200. Anderson Bros is a beautiful store with many nice pieces but they fail miserably in their treatment of customers.

If there's a negative rating, this place would definitely get it! Thanks to Sandy Greer, who…read moreclaimed she owned the business, but turned out to just be the manager. She's dishonest as you can tell that she was quick to claim that she owned the business that she never owns. My teenage son went to get a vintage ring for my Christmas gift. She took him to the engagement ring section and selected a solitaire yellow gold ring and informed my son that there are clusters of diamonds and that the ring is vintage. She's the most dishonest person I've ever encountered in life. She could've told him that the vintage rings available at the store is out of his price range. However, she convinced a teenage boy who doesn't know much about jewelry that a simple diamond solitaire ring is a vintage ring with clusters of diamonds. We went back to the store and was helped by a different lady before Sandy interrupted the lady. Sandy was the rudest, most dishonest manager I've ever encountered in life. Her approach is a cop out, lower approach because she knows she has to face her lies. She wouldn't let us speak. She interrupted ALL THE TIME! She kept pointing to the receipt and says all sales are final. She didn't offer to correct her mistake, or exchange with anything. She's a sad older lady. I wonder if she's the cause that this place is closing down.
