As for Conrad's painting, He did my entire first floor and it was soot damaged and in very bad shape. There were a few details that I was not happy with. Conrad was more than happy to come back with pleasure and take care of more than a few minor details until I was completely satisfied. He came back twice. Once on a Sunday. I felt like I was being a stickler about details but all he wanted was for me to be happy. He remained a professional gentleman. Here is the final results. The service and attention to detail is the opposite of what Ed provided and guarantee he made to customers. I had a large project that I wish I went with another painter for. After pointing out the lack of quality across the work (top of doors not painted, streaking, chipping, primer issues), it was redone but at another significant expense charged by E Booth. Essentially paying twice for quality that was still poor - and should have been done properly the first time. I had to bring a new painter in to complete the job professionally. It took a while to find someone good to fix the leaks, but once we did, we needed a good painter to fix the wall & ceiling damage and repaint. We also took the opportunity to change the color of the room. The end result is great, and we're very happy! Also, their rates were fair. Scraping and spackling to repair all the damage, priming and painting, with a crew of 3 over two days, was $1,250. Seems like a very fair price to me, especially since they were careful, neat and gave us a gorgeous end result! We're very happy, and I highly recommend them!

I reached out to many businesses on yelp with high number of ratings and assumed that I was gambling with this one due to the limited number of reviews, but my experience has only been exceptional from beginning to end compared to the other businesses. Scope of work : painted kitchhen cabinets Communication - 5 out of 5 - he was prompt with his reply when I inquired a quote, provided a detailed explanation of the scope of work, and kept me updated throughout the transaction . He also advised on color choices and has such a cheerful attitude. Work Ethic - 5 out of 5 - very honest with his thoughts and opinions, and is possibly one of the hardest workers I've met as he works day to night to ensure everything is delivered beyond expectations. If there was even any remarks from me, no matter how small, he comes back and fixes it and then go above that to repaint everything again Quality of output- 5 out of 5 - was beyond what I thought painted cabinets may look like. It almost looks brand new as he cleans the cabinets , sands them , and uses top quality paint from benjamin moore .
