This location has cleaned up VERY well. Back then it was a bit overcrowded and less staff…read moreavailable. However for this trip, that was indeed not the case. Staff was overwhelmingly available for help, questions, and pre-order purchases! I came here to buy a gift for my significant other, it was a quite special and personal for me. I was nicely greeted at the door, and helped all throughout my shopping when needed. Store clerks were aware of the item I was searching for, so they were able to ask a floor salesperson to come and assist me. Kianna helped me with my purchase right away. I was so thankful for her because the shoes I inquired about was on high demand--and sold out at their WSS location!! I needed to quickly find another location that carried this item. Kianna made it happen for me effortlessly!! She professionally called multiple WSS locations nearby to see if the shoes I wanted were in stock, and thankfully they were! I paid upfront in order to have them put on hold, for pickup. Kianna definitely did her part and I was elated that I didn't have to search for the shoes anymore. Overall, very nice, clean, well-lit, moderate/affordable shoes and clothing here. I highly recommend this location if you're looking for branded items at a decent price!!

Bought a pair of shoes here on 6/26/2025. Realized after returning home I had two left shoes but…read moreopposing styles both shoes were black both from reebok. One with black stripes and the other with white. The next day on 6/27/2025 ,I went to another wss store and tried to fix the issue. Was told they couldn't help me if they replaced the shoe it would make their inventory off because technically their giving me a new shoe since I only had a left pair and their inventory would be minus a right shoe. Returned to the original store of purchase after acknowledgement of this issue. Store I purchased shoe from weren't able to locate either of the right foot shoe for both pairs I had in my box they apparently sold them in error to other customers. So now those customers will have to come and try to fix that issue as well. Was issued a refund because of this. The inventory at this store is lacking they only had what was on the floor for shoes and there weren't that many options especially if it's where you walk down the aisles looking. Shoes were 6, 7, 7.5 ,8 rarely any 9 and some 10 little to no half sizes for women shoes feel sorry for someone who wears half sizes or who's foot is larger than 9 shopping here. Craziest part is the person at the register when i purchased my shoes with was a lead or manager. That person needs to be reprimanded or demoted their costing the company money and causing confusion with customers. How in less than 24 hours did they basically sell 3 or 4 shoes where it's two right foot or two left foot of the same pair or similar shoes of the same brand. Person that helped me yesterday wasn't the person that gave me a refund today. I walked in other employees asked who did it and they took accountability for it before they could read their name on the receipt and then immediately walked to the back of the store and never returned the other employees helped me instead. Won't be returning to this wss location loss me as a patron.

We've bought about 90% of our gym equipment from ETE Extreme Training Equipment and have been using…read morethem for the past 8 years. They delivered and installed everything at our G1 Training facility, which made setup super easy. Their pricing and quality have been consistently great, and the equipment has held up really well with heavy daily use. Customer service is responsive and easy to work with whenever we need anything. Highly recommend them if you're opening a gym or upgrading equipment.

I am extremely disappointed in Extreme Training Equipment's response to what was an unacceptable…read moredelivery experience. We paid ETE nearly $500 for shipping. ETE hired the company that would deliver our equipment. We scheduled a noon-2:00 delivery, confirmed it with the delivery company the day before, and took time off work to be home. The morning of delivery, the driver called and asked if we had a forklift. No, we do not own a forklift. He said he would "figure it out." Our delivery window came and went. No delivery. No phone call. Nothing. We finally called after 3:00 and were told the driver had NEVER TAKEN OUR EQUIPMENT FROM THE DEPOT. After working with ETE, delivery was rescheduled for the following day. We rearranged our schedules AGAIN to be home. The next day, they AGAIN failed to load our equipment for delivery. ETE eventually arranged what they called a "rescue delivery." When it finally arrived, they could not get the crated equipment off the truck. Thankfully, we had friends at our home who had planned to help us assemble the equipment. Instead, we spent approximately an hour in the Florida heat and humidity helping unload our own equipment from the delivery truck. So we paid ETE nearly $500 for delivery, took time off work for a confirmed delivery that never left the depot, rearranged our schedules a second day only to have it happen again, and then ultimately provided the labor to help unload our own $500 delivery. Things go wrong. I understand that. What has earned ETE this review is how they responded afterward. ETE's position is essentially that these problems were the fault of the shipping company and that ETE is "at the mercy" of that company and in the same boat as we are. No, we are not in the same boat. I did not select the shipping company. I did not hire the shipping company. I did not pay the shipping company. I paid ETE approximately $500 for delivery. The shipping company is ETE's vendor, not mine. Even more concerning, during this ordeal I was told that delivery is "always a hassle" and that the company being used did not have the necessary lift equipment to properly unload this equipment. That certainly made this experience feel less like an unforeseeable problem. We did not ask ETE to reimburse some or all of our cost for shipping to help offset wages lost. We simply asked them to acknowledge what happened and provide some reasonable customer-care compensation for a delivery service that clearly did not go as promised. They refused. That is the most disappointing part of this entire experience. I can understand a bad delivery. I have a much harder time understanding a company accepting nearly $500 from a customer for delivery and then taking the position that it bears no responsibility for the customer experience because the company it chose to perform the service failed. ETE may not have been driving the truck, but ETE sold us the delivery. Customer service is not demonstrated when everything goes perfectly. It is demonstrated by what a company does when something goes wrong. In our experience, ETE had an opportunity to acknowledge a significant failure and make a reasonable gesture to a customer. They chose not to.
