Enter Power Fitness Studios and owner/head trainer John Chambliss. I went in for a brief consultation and realized after just a couple minutes that I had found my guy. I have been going for over a month and have yet to miss a workout. For me that is unbelievable. The reason is that no two workouts have been the same. That is extremely important to me because if I get bored I tend to lose interest. I know that from the multiple times I have given up at previous gyms in the past. In five weeks I have lost 15 pounds and feel so much better than I have in the past. Not only will John get you on the right track as far as fitness goes, he is also a certified nutritionist.
