She used to make sure that I was numb and she would scrape and scratch the heck out of my bottom lip. This happened everytime no matter what sort of treatment I received. Most of the time it was a regular cleaning. She intentionally caused harm to me. My mouth and lip were always sore and in pain for a few days after my visit. I have been to several dentist over the years since then and not one has ever scraped my gums and inner lip the way that she used to. When I arrived at Smile Fixer RVA, I was greeted by name and immediately led to the back for my appointment. They already had my records from my provider, and within minutes of sitting down they had taken x-rays, explained the process, and started a topical anesthetic. They offered additional anesthetic, but I declined based on their recommendation and explanation of the procedure and I experienced no pain at all throughout. They made my new crown in house, so I didn't have to deal with a temporary crown while waiting for another appointment. The whole process was quick, painless, and surprisingly pleasant. They have a great group of people, who were all so friendly and ready to answer the many questions I had. I highly recommend this practice and I've already recommended them to family.
