Avocado toast with mushrooms, bacon and egg.

Solid breakfast, affordable and decent options. I think they're known for their coffee which I don't drink so can't say. If in the area it's worth the stop if you're hungry. Solid gram content

After several days in Portugal, my husband and I were just really craving something fresh and healthy. Too many dry sandwiches, pastries, and seafood. We stumbled across Goji and it was amazing!! A slice of heaven!! Service was friendly and fast. Numerous fresh juice and smoothie options. So many fresh wraps and sandwiches and everything tastes divine! I had the tropical wrap and my husband the Portuguese wrap. Both of us consumed everything. It was flavorful yet light. Sauces just right! (We've noticed the lack of sauces in traditional Portuguese cuisine. ) We also both got smoothies as well as the vegetarian bruschetta. I wanted to try their homemade olive paste and it was delish! Overall it was so incredible and we left satisfied and refreshed! So glad we found this place!

Quite a few spots catered to millennial tourists have popped up in Lagos, and Goji Café is one of them. As a millennial tourist myself, I wasn't mad -- açai bowls are definitely my guilty pleasure, and this one was done well. The nachos were also tasty (albeit a little salty) and potentially vegan?! There was something slightly different about the cheese and sour cream on it, although I can't quite put my finger on the difference. I wouldn't be surprised if the cheese turned out to be made from like, cashews or something, that's all. This place also had fun drinks! I got a mint lemonade.

I loved this place! I was craving some healthier options after eating way too much deep fried seafood and bread for the last week of our vacation. Goji Lounge clicked all the boxes. The patio is so inviting and relaxing, so definitely sit there if seats are available. I ordered the Hulk Smoothie Bowl and Chicken Pesto Open toast. The toast was perfectly crispy and and the chicken was cooked just right. the Hulk Smoothie Bowl was also delicious but small. If you are very hungry, you will definitely need to order two items because the portions are not large.

Lovely breakfast atmosphere with a variety of fresh breakfast options! One of the best avocado toasts I've ever had!

Corn fritters

Sweet place in old town with beautiful music from the square. Food was fantastic. We got the corn fritter plate and it was fantastic. The French toast was fantastic. The porky pancakes were excellent. The pancakes were more moist cake like which I loved. We also got the berry juice and it was great. Coffee and the ice tea was excellent.

Beautiful outdoor seating. Service was good but food took along time to be prepared and was below expectations.

Lovely! Little bit of a wait (10 mins) for a table. But worth it. Fresh food. Great juices. A nice healthy oasis in Lagos

Review Highlights - Goji Lounge Café

The not-so-good: The smoothie was a bit too sweet (made with a fruit juice), cash only, and a little expensive.

After a long train ride to the seaside city of Lagos, our party of five was hungry for lunch. At…read morearound 1pm on a Wednesday, this tiny, charming cafe was almost packed, but we managed to snag a cramped table near the pastry case. The restaurant exterior is adorned with a striped awning and pastel-colored outdoor seating, with a quaint chalkboard listing the day's specials. Inside, the space is small but welcoming, with booths and metal chairs. You can either order pastries/coffee up at the front counter, or sit down and order from their menu, which they have in multiple languages! The menu spans your typical breakfast/brunch fare, including shareable platters, pastries, yogurt, eggs, and more. Two members of our party opted for the Mango and Banana Smoothie (€5), while another chose the Mango and Strawberry Smoothie (€5). While these smoothies weren't particularly large, the freshness apparently justified the rather high price - we saw them using real berries, and not powders and concentrates like some places use in the United States. For entrees, two people chose the Smoked Salmon Toast (€11,50), which comes with fresh cold-smoked salmon atop brown bread with white cheese, spinach, and tomato. My friends enjoyed the fresh, crusty bread, as well as the richness of the cheese and the fresh produce! Additionally, another friend opted for the Smoked Salmon Crepe (€12,50), which is salmon atop a thin crepe with smashed avocado, feta cheese, tomato, and a tangy yogurt sauce. She enjoyed the combination of flavors, and it was a large portion that came with a generous salad on the side! I went with the S&T Salad (€11,95), which comes with chicken breast, shrimp, fresh fruit and vegetables, walnuts, and a garlicky mayo dressing (like a tangy aioli). I was surprised at the quality and freshness of the produce in the salad, as well as the generous portion of proteins. Additionally, the walnuts added a nice crunch and richness, and the dressing (which came on the side, as I'd requested) gave the salad a nice zing. Overall, this was a great find in Lagos, with tourists and locals alike enjoying pastries and lunch on a rainy day. The portions are filling, the ingredients are fresh, service is quick and speaks good English, and prices are more than reasonable. I would be more than willing to return to sample some of their other options!

Great brunch and wonderful service. Very busy during tourist season but they do clear the tables…read morefast.
