The rate at which people are let go, and apparently very rudely and unprofessionally so, is pretty bad from what I've heard. From both ex-employees, and some who are still employed. If you're a regular, then the service alone is a reason to go back. If you're looking for a new head shop however, I can't see why you would really want to support them. Heavy prices, dirty tactics, hell even illegal activity if we're being honest. I always had a positive association with this place, so having to say all of this kinda sucks. But I felt it was important for others to know.
