This little waxing suite is in what looks like a big old house filled with offices and salons. It seems like this building has been around forever but it's very clean and cozy inside. Overall super pleasant. Vanessa was wonderful! Kind, funny, talkative, direct, and casual. She made me comfortable and her prices are really great. I was in and out in about 20 minutes, no wait at all. Waxing is never fun (at least not to me!!) but at least Vanessa made my experience as quick and as tolerable as possible. I arrived on time and the receptionist was very nice and professional, they made sure to make me feel relaxed when I mentioned it was my first time getting waxed. My waxing specialist was Diamond, she took me to the back where she went to work. Yall, she was so focus and getting every single nook and cranny that the whole thing took no more than 20 minutes. I stuck with her and now she has her own private space. She is fast, efficient, and gentle. She always checks my skin to make sure its healthy and that shes gotten all the rouge hair. She even cleans up extra areas around they space that other shops charge extra for- like doing your inner thighs when she does a Brazilian. She also sells products for after care but never pushes anything or makes it awkward. I actually prefer her anti ingrown serum to the stuff EWC sold me. I was able to make an appointment easily and the admin communicated with me by email about my haircut needs. She even offered to have the stylist call me for a prep session! I arrived right on time and Ami brought me back. She was very complimentary about my ridiculously thick hair and asked about what I wanted done. I decided on a much shorter cut and side bangs (my boyfriend's idea). After a soothing wash, she blow-dried my hair, cut it a bit shorter in the back and styled it as you see in the pictures.
