2 yrs ago they were decent. But service has dropped. The driver to my NE DC location tonight is clearly illiterate, ignoring blatantly easy delivery instructions. Then when the app asks for feedback, when it detects negative response, the app has a malfunction. Bye read more

Waste of time.... my husband and I have ordered from GoPuff about 4 or 5 times. Each time the customer service became more terrible than before. If you live in a condo, don't even bother expecting them to actually deliver it to your door, Hence the reason for ordering delivery. This last time was the last straw... the delivery driver was rude and had an attitude when our order arrived. She insisted that she would only meet us half way because she didn't want to come to our floor and then hung up on us. Thank god my husband has patience because I was about to make a sly comment about how she needs to fix her attitude. Will not be ordering from this app again read more

I tried out Go Puff for the first time and felt like a kid in a digital candy store. They have several options for various people. I only wish they had some dark chocolate. The delivery took a little longer than the given time but I did receive an alert through text letting me know it would be late. I had one damaged item which was my broken pop-tarts but hey my daughter still enjoyed them. I'm sure I'll give it another try. read more

idk what to say, lol. in theory its a great app but damn.. some of the details are weird. like if i'm ordering a soda at 3am u really think i want it to be warm?? they don't refrigerate their drinks. also straight up get orders wrong and don't care. if i tell u want some utz chips don't send me some damn lays. the timing of my latest order was aight, it arrived before the start of the window but the order was missing an item of course. last time i ordered from them in 2018, not only did it take ridiculously long to arrive (hours past the window) it was also wrong. good idea, terrible execution. i award you no points, and may god have mercy on your soul. read more

Order took 2 hours to arrive. They kept emailing and saying it was taking them a little bit longer. When my stuff got here the 30-pack of beer crushed my chips and the beer was hot. They didn't give me a refund but they did give me a 40% off coupon. When I tried to use the coupon for another order, that order took over 2 hours to the point of where I just cancelled. I do not recommend ordering from here at all. Drizly is much faster and much more reliable. read more

My order arrived in the estimated 45 minute time frame. I'm glad the giant delivery dude was knocking on my hotel room door and not a door I would have had to repair. He nearly knocked it down. I could have sworn I heard "Police with a Warrant." Anyways, I ordered 2 items. One was wrong -- Amy's Rice Mac and Cheese (disgusting) is very different from Amy's Mac and Cheese. The other item, a pint of Ben and Jerry's arrived in liquid form. Good idea that crashed and burned in the implementation. $6 for liquid ice-cream. It's never the same once you re-freeze it. I edited my review to add one star because my order was refunded. I had to ask twice and send photos, but the customer service was acceptable, so, there you go. read more

Best delivery app! Got referred and within 30mins we had everything we needed. Alcohol prices are totally comparable to street prices. Super happy I found it read more

goBrands D.C - Bag of goodies ! Thanks @gopuff - Food Delivery Services Near Me

This was one of the worst experiences that I have had. My friends and I ordered $50 worth of food, and TEN minutes later got a notification that we were out of the delivery zone. We then went to a different location that we assumed would be in the delivery zone, and made the order again. Once again, we received a message TEN minutes later that we were out of the delivery zone. And it charged my card both times!!!!! I will not be using this service again. All I wanted was some ice cream and candy and was instead extremely disappointed. read more

Last year, this place was so good I racked up 700 Gopuff points. This year, both of my orders arrived more than an hour and a half late. Both of the orders were missing items, like basically half my order. The second time, I was told they'd return with the items. They did not come back. The service now is simply horrible and I will not order again. I would give zero stars if Yelp would let me. read more

This company has one of the worst customer's service department I have ever seen. I had the disgrace of downloading this app because the advertisement was overwhelming. When I did the promise looked simple, so I went through the different options of items, made a cart and tried to order something. In order to order something you have to register (no worries, I don't really care) but in order to register you have to verify a phone number. I tried with multiple phones numbers, different cellular companies and even different states with different phone number's areas. The verification message would never come through. Usually companies like this have a phone call option as well in case something goes wrong, they refuse to even take this into consideration. I had to contact the "customer service" department. First, they would all speak such a bad English. So informal, speaking with "ghetto language" and then being clearly annoyed if you ask to repeat. Then I had to wait for over an hour in hold while "they figured it out" ... they disconnected the call. Called again, had to start from beginning, was in hold again for a good while, disconnected. Called one last time, refused to start from beginning so was transferred to another department, which took them a good 15 minutes to do so, in which they made me start again explaining everything. After a while and trying to see what the error was they said that was my phone's fault. I clarified I have tried with multiple phones. Then they decided to blame it on the phone company, clarified again that I tried with multiple phone in different phone companies. Since he didn't know what's going on, put me in hold and...guess? Yes, DISCONNECTED. Companies like this deserve to go bankrupt. read more

Honestly one of the worst services I've used. Consistently an hour longer wait than they tell you. The forgot 2 of my items on my last order. Just had to cancel my last order because they were already an hour late. I will never use them again read more

I ordered ice cream, a frozen dish, and kombucha. All of which is ruined because my order was so late everything thawed out. I was willing to take the loss, but when I noticed the kombucha wasn't refrigerated, I called. The customer service rep I spoke with offered me a $10 dollar voucher for my loss on $30 worth of food... and let me know that the kombucha "doesn't need to be refrigerated unless it's open", which is completely false and even worrisome. Kombucha is a live probiotic that NEEDS to be kept chilled. The lid of my bottle was even bent from the growing pressure within. Gross and unsafe. I was not offered a refund bc I paid cash. Only a $10 voucher. I guess this is cool if you need a nonfood item and want to wait 2 hours. Lesson learned. read more

My first order using GoPUFF was great, no complaints. The second was a complete ball drop... My order was a laundry list of Tito's Vodka, Chardonnay, Tonic Water and Juice. A total of $48.66 was charge to my debit card. After an hour of waiting I called Customer Service to check on the status. The employee took forever to pull it up and review the issue and once he did I was told their system had an error and processed it to ship from Philadelphia, PA... Total let down but no big deal friends are going out anyway. What about the charge on my card? I was told they would issue a refund and it would take 3-5 business days. Seven days later I've received nothing. I called for the second time and they apologized for the delay and said they would contact accounting right away. I asked to receive an email stating the refund was pending, received nothing... Now it's 15 days after the transaction, I call again, the accountant is on vacation, more excuses, this kid is clueless what to do or say. I STILL have no response from the company or received the refund. Now I have to dispute the transaction through my bank. Unacceptable and no excuse for any company that keeps their customer's bank information on file. read more

I placed this order after a returning home from a long trip of traveling so that I wouldn't have to go to the grocery store. 3 of the 6 items arrived. The 3 items were the wrong kind. Just avoid. Not worth it read more

They suck. I told them to deliver to the back entrance and they didn't and forgot FIVE of my items. I don't even know how to get a refund.

Go guff is super awesome there fast and cheap and they come straight to my door step love them I definitely recommend everyone to use this app !!! read more

Although they have a great selection, their customer service is HORRIBLE. DO NOT use this app if you're wanting something quick and reliable. I waited about 2 hours for a drink and some chips. The driver then was very rude towards me and gave me attitude on the phone. Extremely disappointed in this company and its service. With such a great business opportunity, it is unfortunate that the company cannot care for its customers. read more

Awesome!!!! Ordered two bottles of wine to see if it would actually work and it came within 30 min!!! Will totally use again. Try them out!

I have a bit of a love/hate relationship with Go Puff. Love because, well, where else can you get ice cream, Advil, Q-tips and AAA batteries at 3AM? Hate because inevitably some items you ordered will be missing and/or what they have listed "in stock" online is often "not in stock" and you only find out when they call you or message you 45 minutes later when you thought they were moments away, only to learn they are just calling you to find out what you'd like to replace it with and haven't even completed the process of gathering or ordered items. The 30 minutes or less advertised is WAY off and never proven to be true in any of my numerous orders (over 30 times). Rarely, if ever, are orders delivered in less than 90 minutes even when no traffic exists during off hours. My suggestions to cure the disgruntlement would be: (1) to set realistic expectations by changing the "30 minutes or less" advertisement on their website to avoid frustration and (2) provide an option on the menu for each ordered item to simply remove the cost from the total if the item is not in stock. This would streamline the process quite a bit and avoid frustration and confusion. read more

This place is a joke, it's a great idea unfortunately it's run by crack heads. I've ordered 8 times from go puff. 4 of the 8 orders were wrong, 5 of the 8 orders were very late and 3 out of 8 orders never showed up. Every time I tried to call about an order no one answered, not even a recording. I wanted to like this service. I gave them 8 chances to get right. Don't be the fool I was, find a 24hr grocery store instead. read more

couldn't be more upset about the service I just received from one of your drivers. Have to wonder if you even interview/vet these people .. strictly not using this app anymore for this reason read more

best thing on here. i got ice cream and candy in the middle of the night without leaving my house. will deff recommend

Amazing app and shop. Has most essentials and much more and gets there within 30 mins.. Have used them a couple of times and they have been sharp each and every time. They didn't have an item once, and Aramis, the store manager personally called to apologize and make sure I was satisfied with the replacement. Definitely going to use this app more often!! read more

this shit is actual garbage, service is wack 3 hours late and a rude customer service experience

Ordered two bottles of wine at 10:05pm. Estimated delivery was 10:37-10:45. 11:30 rolls around and no wine, so I called customer service and gave them my confirmation number. They said DC was busy tonight and they were running a bit behind, but that since my driver only had two stops to go before mine it should be 15 more minutes, 20 minutes at the most...35 minutes later I called again, and gave my tracking number to a different person, who said that they were running a bit behind and that it would be about another 20 minutes. So I ordered wine at 10:05, and told them to cancel it and refund me at 12:05. read more

Phenomenal! As advertised 30 minutes and literally got everything we asked. The price points are great. This destroys any convenience store order from Postmates. Definitely a repeat customer. read more
