I cancelled my policy back in April and went to his office to sign the proper documentation however I am still getting bills in the mail saying my policy is still active. Apparently his office was attempting to withdraw from my account twice in the Month of March which prompted me to change insurance companies. Since then I have attempted to email, call and have physically gone to his office on 4 different occasions to resolve the matter and to disputes the charges all in which he was not there or unavailable. He is the epitome of corporate greed.

This is not some HR Block employee doing your taxes by a mindless script. Dan was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, efficient, and got us a great return. Yeah, you can do your taxes online using a program, or you could pay a professional close to the same thing to do them better with a whole heck of a lot more peace of mind.
