I called an agent on the 29th of October and put in my request. I was told that the paperwork would be mailed out on the 30th. On the 5th of November I called to check and see if the paperwork had been mailed and I was told, yes, it was mailed out on the 4th. I'm very dissatisfied with this company for not doing as they said they would. For the entire 3 years I paid my premium on time every time and now when I need them, I can't depend on them to treat me fair.
