We had a total of 9 students in the class. 3 of them were doing the 1 day Emergency First Aid and the other 6 of us were continuing on to day 2. The Langley office is located at the top of 200th in Langley in business park to the left of the freeway exit. Our Instructors name was Karen. She was super knowledgeable and friendly. If you are shy, she guarantees that you won't be at the end of the 2 days. Classes had tons of prop - Annie, mock AED, gauze etc. We had to participate in minor roll playing which was great as she was ensuring we would know what to do during real scenarios. In all, I would recommend Trauma Tech (although I have nothing to compare it to). But if you have a chance, try to get in with Karen :)

Probably why there are only positive reviews on their site since they take down the ones they do not like. It's not just from one person is from several that have posted. We will not support this company and also along with other professional Personnel that will not support this company either. Please look into other companies to provide first aid training that are proper professional and adequate.

This experience has been extremely disappointing and concerning…read more First, I was told that the trial class would only be free if I registered, and that a $50 fee would be charged if I did not. I was asked to provide my credit card information for that purpose. Second, registration is normally completed after a trial class. I did not sign any documents after the trial. Third, although I clearly informed staff over the phone that I did not wish to enroll, they are now claiming that no such call ever took place. Fourth, my child did not attend a single class over a two-month period, and no one contacted me during that time. Fifth, I was never informed that a cancellation form was required. Despite this, my credit card was charged $313.95 in October and another $313.95 in November without my authorization. Based on these facts, I believe the billing practices are misleading and unethical. I am sharing this experience so other parents can be aware and avoid going through the same situation.

He was embarrassed about not knowing how to swim so having a private lesson was perfect. Olivier not only got him past his fear... he had my nephew floating on his back in the deep end and swimming by the end of the lesson. Having the one on one coaching really helped.
