Romaine appears to sell vehicles which have not been inspected. The vehicle they sold me had no oil…read morechange even though it displayed a sticker. There was no gas in the tank upon departure. The spot paint job that they attempted to conceal as grown into an eyesore on the hood. They didn't take the time to check the oil. They put the wrong oil in the car. They sure did accept the cash payment though and the form of a check awfully quickly. They're simply greasers indicative of the car salesperson stereotype. Their response to phone calls specific to any issues was very derelict. I actually helped to write an EEOC complaint against them for a colleague. She won the dispute. I'll never be back.

If you or anyone you know is looking to make your vehicle look showroom ready, with a mirror like…read moreshine, you've got to reach out to Dan at D&L Auto Detail! Dan and his team do an excellent job making any vehicle look its best! I've always taken good care of my vehicles and cleaned them thoroughly, at least I thought I did, until I took them to Dan! It's the difference of cleaning your home yourself, versus having an awesome cleaning service come in to take care of it. Being completely honest, I have a spoiled pup who goes pretty much everywhere with me, even on several cross country road trips over the years. I had tried everything to get her hair out of my vehicles without success. I was shocked when I picked up my vehicles as there was no hair to be found anywhere, and they looked and felt brand new! Dan and his team have the right tools for the job and are meticulous in getting it done right! They literally feel and look like new cars now, even though one is over a decade old! I highly recommend contacting Dan to get your vehicles detailed and looking like new! You will not be disappointed. I am serious when I say you will feel like you're driving a new car again!

WARNING: Dishonest and Unethical Business Practices…read more I do not leave reviews lightly, especially negative ones. I'm a very patient, reasonable, and understanding person. Unfortunately, my experience with this company left me no choice but to warn others. This business was completely dishonest from start to finish. I was misled, treated unfairly, and ultimately ripped off. The behavior I encountered was unethical and showed a total lack of integrity. What was promised was not delivered, and any attempt to resolve the situation was met with excuses and avoidance. If you're considering doing business here, I strongly urge you to read their other reviews carefully--you'll start to see a pattern. This is exactly the kind of experience people associate with the worst stereotypes of used car salesmen. I specifically dealt with Donnie, and based on my experience, I would not trust him or this company. There are plenty of honest businesses out there--this is not one of them. Save yourself the frustration, wasted time, and money. Stay away.

They assured me they could clean it up and make it shine again. They did make it shine, however there were deep scratches ALL OVER the trim around the base of the windows! The bad thing about it, my car still had new tags on it, I had just purchased it. Even worse, they never said a word about it. Partly my fault because I didn't do my due diligence in looking at it really good, but the guy that did it, and you know who you are, he knows he scratched it up and should have owned up to it. Honestly, if he would have, they would have a loyal customer for life.

However, she couldn't give me any kind of estimate for the price of a "diagnostics" (nor did she even try) & when I explained that I couldn't just bring my car in without having any idea of what the initial diagnosis may cost she simply hung up the phone on me. I was stunned by her rude attitude & callous way of doing business. I'm a senior citizen on a budget & I prefer to have at least a ball park figure in mind before I make a large purchase of any kind. Very rude first contact with this business that did not promote any kind of trust in this business.
