The repair was done quickly and the price was fair. Daniel did a great job, and I'll definitely be calling Eppler's again when we're ready to replace our garage door opener with a newer Wi-Fi-enabled one. Highly recommend!

Based on my experience, I do not recommend them. Before hiring, I strongly suggest reading all of the one-star reviews on Yelp. I found numerous complaints similar to my own. One reviewer wrote: "Negative rolling up price, misleading coupon: price may quadruple what the coupon promises, overall sales attitude. The company operates in California and states it's a local one. This is half true: the technician is local, but the company is Nevada-based." In my opinion, the company's responses to complaints are generic and do not appear to address customers' concerns in a meaningful way. I encourage prospective customers to carefully review the negative comments before making a decision. I give them zero stars.
