Everyone here is very attentive, responsive, mindful & caring. There is a "nanny cam" in all the rooms that's viewable on campus, the teachers & staff do a great job of keeping constant attendance, check-ins and activity logs (sometimes photos) are shared with parents thru a special app, and there seem to be excellent protocols in place for the children's safety & well being. (The one thing I wish they had is video cameras accessible to parents off-site. That would put me even more at ease.) We really love how Ms. Heyley treats the kids in her classroom like her own. She has such a big heart for what she does, and it shows. She often gives us one-on-one progress updates, and she goes over & beyond just being a teacher. Our daughter has learned so much from being in Ms. Heyley's class - from improving social skills, life skills, fun lessons & crafts, to writing and vocabulary. Ms. TK (the director) and her entire team are so professional, organized, thoughtful, and kind. They have treated us like family from the very first encounter and continue to show us warmth and exceptional care every single day. The school is immaculately kept and has great security protocols for a parent's peace of mind. There are various extracurriculars (like gymnastics, dance, and soccer) offered, as well as special events & holiday socials. The faculty are so creative in keeping things fun & engaging - - not only for the children but their families too! Ms. HEYLEY is an incredible teacher & trustworthy caregiver. Our 2-year old has learned so much from the curriculum and has so much fun in class. I appreciate the frequent updates (and activity photos) that make me feel like I can be a part of each moment, even at a distance. Eventually, we will graduate to the next age group/classroom (and onward), but her "first" teacher and first year experience will forever hold a special piece of our hearts. My children love it, have made friends, and are learning and stimulated all day. My oldest is so happy when I pick him up, instead of looking scared. They give daily report cards on how the boys did and lots of neat things they made in class. I've had such a great experience that my brother has since enrolled me niece who loves it just as much. The teachers are so incredible and patient, I honestly can't say enough about the peace of mind they give me every day knowing that my boys are in such good hands.

Our child has been attending for several months, and overall we have found Children's Universe to be a quality daycare/preschool. The staff, especially Ms. Dawn at the front, have been very attentive to our child and are very good at keeping us informed of how the day has gone. Some of the direct care staff/teachers seem to be more caring and involved than others, but you will find that anywhere and none of the care she has received there has been "concerning". The facility is very clean and orderly. If I was a child, I could see myself looking forward to playing there! They provide breakfast, snacks, and lunch. They even provide baby food (not formula). That makes for a very easy drop off in the morning. They are open long hours and only closed for the major holidays and allow you two "vacation weeks" a year that you can use if you wish and not have to pay while your child is not there. The tuition is also very reasonable for a center of this quality. For the infant room it is 175/week and it goes down slightly as the child hits 12 months, 24 months, etc.... At least in the younger rooms (don't know very much about the older rooms) you get a "report card" each day that tells you what your child did that day, what they ate, diapering frequency, etc..... They also use an electronic finger printing system to sign your child in and out. The main downside we have had thus far is how frequently our child has been sick since starting daycare. They have had some problems with illnesses circulating through the school. However, this is quite likely to happen from time to time anywhere there are large numbers of small children, so I don't feel it is a unique issue to Children's Universe. Overall, we are very happy with the care our child receives there and have been impressed at the level of personal attention she gets.

It's well run, structured, and genuinely caring. Ms. Mia and Ms. Kim were outstanding. They were attentive, communicative, and clearly invested in our child's growth and development. Drop-offs were smooth, and we always felt confident our child was in good hands. We're grateful for our time there and would absolutely recommend them to other families. If only we could pick them up and move them with us and away from the madness of 1488!

After trying my son at another school (we only needed part time otherwise Goddard would have been first pick from the start!) we made the switch back to Goddard last year and couldn't be happier with our choice!
