He managed his crew efficiently. Maurice, Howard, Tony were strong and smart and very accommodating. They took direction well and all four stuck to the daunting task of finishing. Left the work area a mess to the point a manager had to come out to clean up. Left house totally unlocked and garage open after informing us to stay elsewhere overnight. Later contractors had to chip off areas where spray should not have gone, and fill in low spots where it should have been -- which costed us more in the end. Office was helpful sending rebate information that I might have forgotten. Would only consider them again on a new build, and even then, with some hesitation.

They were hired for all air vents and a dryer cleanout on a 2,000 sq. ft. house, and particularly a bad smell coming in the laundry room. On the day of the cleaning Chris and Lee arrived during the agreed upon time window. I showed Lee around the house to the various vents and asked questions about the places I couldn't fully clear a path to the vent. The house's vents hadn't been cleaned during the time I've owned the place so it needed significant work. The same applied for the dryer. The cleaning took roughly 3 hours. I think they did a good job and made sure to take care of cleaning any messes their work caused. The one exception was the dryer blow-out which was left under the outdoor vent. My single gripe was that the final price ended up $100 over the original quote without discussion. However, it was clear that they had a lot of work to do that couldn't have been known without taking a look at things.
