He said it was because it was more work than he thought it would be, but never discussed any of these extra charges with us. He also said that we knew it would be more than $450 because it was such a large job, but again that was not true he never discussed it with us that it would be more the $450. He was rude when we called to talk to him about it and got upset with us because we never came out to talk to him while they were there cleaning the pool. We were at work each time he came so how could we? To top it all off the pool was open but not completely cleaned. There was still tons of vacuuming that needed to be done and it was disgusting the way he left it. However, he told us he was done cleaning it and it was our turn now. Yes that's right he said it was our turn to take it over when it wasn't even fully cleaned. Not only did he not finish the job and demand we pay him more but I had to continue to clean my yard every night when I got home. So we gave up and called for professional help. Chris, who answered the phone in no time, jumped right in to help us diagnoses the issues. He waited on the phone patiently while we lubricated the rubber ring of the pump, went back n forth dumping water in the pump, recirculated and rinsed the filter.
