This Limo Service BACKED OUT on my CONTRACT for my wedding day!!!!!…read more The Uneducated staff has left my future wife and I without transportation around the city of Pittsburgh for our Wedding weekend - even with a signed contract. We called to clarify with them that they indeed needed to pick us up in one of the two counties that they are listed as "licensed" in the state of PA. Rochelle said that they could pick us up in downtown Pittsburgh. A quick call back to confirm the contract was received (after other transportation options had filled up) yielded a different story. They in turn decided not to honor our contract for our Wedding Day because of their mistake. Now we are left high and dry. A complete waste of my time and efforts leaving us high and dry without adequate transportation. If they resolve the matter I will update my review accordingly until then I am supremely disappointed. Unprofessional! Until I hear back a solid resolution to this situation (if any effort on their part to right the wrong they committed) I will leave this at One Star.

However, in this case, lower price definitely does not mean lower quality. In fact, having used multiple limousine services in the Youngstown area, I can confidently say that Gold Cross is the best. Sandy, our driver, arrived promptly and was extremely courteous. The limo was a new (less than 2 years old) silver Lincoln MKT that was immaculate! The entire staff at Gold Cross was friendly and helpful. I will absolutely use them in the future.

However, it is necessary to place a $50 deposit down which is usually refundable as long as it happens in a reasonable amount of time . They decorated the color of my wedding at its snacks and none alcoholic beverages , cups and napkins . The entire limousine was decorated to fit the theme . The driver Frank has outstanding passenger relationship connections. The driver was dressed to fit the theme as well. Overtime was easily accessed at the last minute with no problem.
