We hired them a week before the wedding, after our original provider cancelled on us. After a mad scramble at 4:30 pm, we found Titan and owner Keith. Keith was more than willing to rent a passenger van to help us out. He was quick to respond to my phone calls and emails and was pleasant & easy to work with. One of the execs I coordinate for had his flight delayed coming into the Pittsburgh airport. Jermaine was able to call in a favor with another local driver and arrange for another vehicle with one phone call. He saved the day, kept me informed from start to finish, and remained calm and professional the whole time. I could not be more grateful to him for everything he did to make sure our team had a smooth pick up and ride into Youngstown. I wholeheartedly recommend New Wave Limousine and will definitely use their services again when in the area. You deserve 10 stars in my book - THANK YOU JERMAINE!!!! :)
