I have a very basic membership; that said the standard should be the same for all memberships regardless. The equipment holster is broken, many of the vacuums are not working or not there altogether. Things have definitely changed. When I inquired a few months ago, I was told they had complaints and were working on the situation, yet when I was there two days ago, nothing had changed. The location is ideal, but oversight seems to be lacking. I hope the management/ownership team looks into this and restores what was when it first opened. Thank you.

Jay and another staff member assisted me in deciding what to get as I had some gift cards for a certain package, but it didn't include the level of deep cleaning I desired (I had to add some things on). They didn't pressure me at all or make anything confusing. They told me it would take about an hour and that was exactly how long it took. I waited inside and they come in and call you by your vehicle model when it's done. I was extremely happy with the work done. It felt like I just bought my car new again. Side note: plenty of seating inside with ample food and drink options, including hot food.

That's right, 2700 miles in a truck with a toddler and two animals. The cat puked, the dog spilled our drinks everywhere, the kid pretended french fries were confetti and tossed them everywhere. Diapers were changed on the shoulder of highways in the backseat... I hope the picture I'm painting for you is how dirty that truck was inside. Like, hopelessly filthy. Since my husband won't take his truck someplace to get detailed and cleaned and I find driving his truck nerve racking I was desperate to find a mobile service that does this. I was Yelping for some help and I found ABC Detailing and saw that they offer the mobile service. I emailed them and Scott, the owner was very quick to respond and help me get something scheduled for him to come and clean my husband's filth truck. Scott came and spent several hours cleaning the inside and outside of the truck. The inside was the most damage and Scott made it look showroom clean, like every little crevice and space is clean. You would never know how dirty it was before! He really did a great job and worked very hard on it. He charged a VERY reasonable amount for this. I got my Subaru detailed at Delta Sonic about a month or so ago and spent more money and it wasn't nearly as clean inside. In the future, Scott and ABC is who I'm going to call when the toddler or animals make the car/truck a disaster.

Last year I was appalled that they advertised a touchless carwash and the brushes are still touching when you go in. After you are done one or two people would hand towel the car dry and it would cost a tip on the end. TODAY...I pulled up and, sun in my eyes, did not see the man waving me in as I pondered if I wanted the $7 or the $13 wash. He yelled "Come on" real loud. I saw the brushes ahead and two cars behind me. I said, "This is still not a touchless car wash is it? He replied gruffly, "No, it's not a touchless carwash, five dollars." I gave him $5 for the basic $4.95 wash and pulled in and winced as the rubber swatting brushes assaulted my car after he slathered soap all over my car with a long brush that scratched the back bumper. I cringed as a long stick of carpeting hit my windshield and hood over and over and prayed I would still have my antennae in the back when it was over. When I rolled out the other side, I had to put my wipers on because the vacuum/blower that usually rids the car of moisture was not functioning properly and, Lo and behold! No people with towels to dry the mess. I got rid of the salt all over the car and now have all kinds of soapy streaks in spots that didn't air dry as I proceded on my errands. This place stinks and I really want to report them for false advertising.
