LOTS of suds and chemicals applied and agitated with strips of fabric, but rinsing left a lot to be desired, and both the back and front of car was left dirty and spotty. I spent 20 minutes cleaning up the left over dirt and removing spots (not water, but soap that smeared upon wiping with soft cloth). A longer rinse cycle might have helped with left over dirt and spots. read more

I've been a monthly member here for almost a year, paying $73/month for interior and exterior cleaning, and up until now I've been fairly consistent about coming in. However, my experience today was extremely disappointing. I stopped by in the evening after picking up food and brought the bag inside with me while I waited. I placed it on one of the lobby chairs, and when I went to grab it, bugs started coming out of nowhere. When I looked closer, I realized all of the chairs were infested with bugs. It was honestly shocking and unacceptable for a place that serves customers in a waiting area. Because of this, I had to throw away about $70 worth of food I had just purchased, which was incredibly frustrating. Cleanliness--especially in customer seating areas--should be a basic standard. I've been a loyal customer, but this experience really changed my perception. The facility, especially the lobby seating, needs immediate attention. Went through the car wash twice in a volkswagen golf my wheels and back bumber still had a considerable amount of obvious dirt. I asked the person spraying to spray it off. They refused and the general manager said that they didn't have time because they were too busy. I paid 24 dollars for a car wash and had to clean it myself. I asked for a refund because my car was not clean and the manager refused and used the apology that's like going to McDonald's and ordering a big Mac and asking for a refund for it. I was asking for a refund because they refused to give me what I paid for which was a clean car. Wrote an email to corporate to see if the could make it right and they had no interest in doing so. I am giving one star because it won't let me give zero. The quality of the service provided at this location is not what it used to be. I've been taking my cars here for several years. The "mini detail" used to leave the car looking great. Now they are careless and do a lousy job. There was still a lot of water on the outside of my car including the glass. I don't believe they even bothered to clean the inside of my front windshield even though I had requested that they do so. There were muddy water spots on the car. The wheels were not very clean at all. The thing they did best was collect my money. What happened after that was horrible. I will be finding a new place to go for this service. read more

I used to love going to this car wash when it was owned by the Bellefonte's. They seemed to take pride in making sure you have a good wash and a clean inside after the interior is done also. This car wash has gone way downhill since the ownership switched to "Go car wash." I had an issue about two weeks ago with the car wash, bending my mirror backwards and breaking the holding mechanism, and then the workers saying they cannot bend it back forward. The vehicle was brought home and I was able to bend it back, but it been very easily, and would not go into place as it had to Pryor going to this wash. I have never had a problem with these mirrors so the workers had suggested to go to the managers room and try to explain the issue. I waited an hour and 15 minutes to try to talk to the manager before leaving. I never was able to get a hold of them. Three days later I went back and explained the issue and all the " manager on duty" could say was, he would submit a claim for the car wash breaking my mirror. Here we are two weeks later, and I finally received a response back from "Jonathan Thomas" general manager MO116. Here is what was said. "After reviewing your incident report, we are sorry to say we will not be able to cover the issue because the vehicle is older than 7 years and the mirrors are aftermarket/have been replaced in the past." In my opinion, this is a poor excuse From someone that "manages" a car wash. We have been members for over at least three years and will now be switching. We had always had small issues like the machine drying the car at the end of the wash, leaving water all over the center of the windshield but we thought oh no big deal. We can wipe it off when we get done. That Ho has been quite a hassle because it happens every time. I will be excited to go to the new car wash after our membership is terminated and update the review with how great the new car wash will treat us. I would not recommend this car wash to anyone who has anything on their vehicle such as "mirrors" because if they are damaged by this company, this company will not pay out. I find this such a joke because we have paid this company hundreds of dollars every year with our multi car unlimited wash membership plus getting the detailing done several times, which was pathetic and we had to return because the backseats had not been vacuumed even though we purchased the upgraded interior to be done. I will try to attach a video of what the wash has done to my mirror. Going down the road I am unable to see anything because the right side mirror moves back-and-forth in the wind because of the car wash, knocking it and breaking the holding mechanism. I had no problems with this prior five years of owning this vehicle from when I purchased it. For something as simple as doing the right thing, this car wash, failed us. After 10 calls I've raised he never actually works and will never return your calls as told by their employee. Tried to contact the main office but just like typical shady companies refuse to put a phone number on their website and want to play games sending messages back and forth. Will never return. After 45 minutes I was told car was finished and they couldn't get the dog hair completely up? The mats, dash as well as cup holders not wiped or thoroughly cleaned. I mentioned to girl who signaled me in detail area it had a lot of dog hair and she said they will take care of it. Not the service I used to receive and pay for! I waited 2 hours for a wash and complete inside detail. Definitely not worth the $27. Do not go here. My car is still a mess inside and out. 5 cars went thru the other lanes while I waited. Kids were on there phone or chatting with each other instead of earning their paycheck. They didn't have working vacuums inside the detail area. Very unsatisfied. I have been there on two occasions this past week when they haven't had staff at 7 AM (when they open) and give an excuse they "don't have staff". I miss Belfonte! I had my car detailed a month ago and they missed spots and didn't even bother to vacuum some. I called to complain and they gave me a complimentary detail. I just redeemed that and once again, so disappointed. It was free because they did a poor job the first time. The second time they completely missed vacuuming and wiping down two trays and my doors. Additionally, when I paid they said a 45-minute wait. It was no less than an hour and a half later that my car was ready. Stop by 6/11 to get wash/vacuumed. Went thru wash at 1:00 pm pulled out of bay at 2:30 pm on a Saturday and they are short staffed. Car was dirty outside where they did not get the road dirt off below doors. Pet hair not picked up in back seat Very poor service since Belfonte's sold! Two customers were vacuuming there own trucks and cleaning there windows because it was taking so long to do each vehicle with 3 bays open and 4 staff working. I saw 2 staff members go to the restroom each 2 times with Bladder issues because it was at least 15 minutes each time. Don't bother with the detailing service at the independence location unless you're prepared to wait for an hour and have 3-4 cars in line after you get cleaned before you. They have know system to getaway first come/first serve. You're completely at the mercy at how fast or slow the person working on your b-day is going. And management is completely unresponsive. I asked for my money back before my car was cleaned and they refused. They held me hostage to their disparate treatment of customers. With so many options on the marketplace, who needs the headache. read more
