Great car wash... they don't raise your monthly price when you actually use it alot... which I do. They are fair, friendly and helpful... Free vacuums!! There are no other services offered, but I only want a car cleaned here anyway, so I love it!!

During the week of May 18, I had my SUV washed at two GO Car washes, On May 10th and 12th at the Galleria wash and on May 16th at the wash in Depew. On May 17th I noticed that the shark fin antenna on my vehicle was separated from the roof. I returned to the Depew wash and filed a damage report. Shortly after, I was contacted by the manager from the Depew wash showing me pictures that the shark fin was already damaged before entering the wash. I then went to the Galleria wash and requested them to look at the camera footage from my visits to see if the damage occurred there. Despite the fact that it was raining booth days I made the request there was no contact from them. Finally on 5/21 I filed another damage report. Despite my phone calls to the car wash and 3 emails I have not heard a word from GO Car Wash. GO Car wash did damage to my 2-month-old 2025 Chevy Equinox and refused to take responsibility. In the meantime, I have had the damage repaired at Paddock Chevrolet. When I picked up the repaired vehicle I was told that the damage was definitely caused at the car wash.

This location recently opened in the former spot of Holiday Showcase, yesterday was there grand opening. As part of their grand opening deals, local neighborhoods were mailed out postcards with information on how to sign up for 2 free months of car washes; in addition to the week long free car wash through May 28th. Royal Car Wash, all locations are phenomenal to have in the WNY area for several reasons 1. Staff care about their customers, and its exemplified though it's customer service. 2. Your car is left shiny with no spots, that makes a huge difference in overall quality. 3. Different plan selections, pricing and value. This location differs from the others in the area; Hot wax opition is offered as a selection, two different vaccum options based on driver preferences, and a spot to place your vehicle mats for easier cleaning convenience.

Your probably familiar with Delta Sonic and their car wash services. You sign up for a unlimited plan(car wash) and you save money per wash for doing so. The difference with Royal car wash is this, their plans are cheaper than their rivals. Royal's plans has more wash add on perks than their rivals. But you start to notice that they do not offer any gas discounts, because they do not have a gas station service. There is no convenience store, or even a oil change station. You are coming here strictly for the car wash. So depending on what discounts and perks you like, will determine where you will likely have your membership.

Do you have a neighbor that tends to always blow their grass clippings all over your car? Well, I do. If that is the case with you as well, I'd suggest getting a membership at the Royal Car Wash. With them opening up a new facility in the same plaza as Sam's Club, I decided to stop by to use it. The staff were friendly, and the whole system was automated. I first parked in line as one would for a drive through, was then scanned it with the barcode on my windshield, hosed down by a staff member, drove onto this track and asked to put my car in neutral and hands off the wheel, and then spent the rest of my time taking a video of the different color soaps, brushes, and drying process. As they opened up this new facility, they are offering the first month of service for a penny. After my car came out of the car wash tunnel, I put it back in drive and parked it at the vacuum area. There, you have two options of vacuums and which are way more powerful than your average ShopVac. I accidently pointed the vacuum to a cupholder which had coins and accidently vacuumed those coins. There is also a clipboard style holder where you can hang your mats. The vacuums also did a phenomenal job vacuuming the dog fur on my backseat, which didn't come off so easily with my ShopVac or other car wash vacuums I've used in the past.

Cashing in on my free two months at this new Royal location.

GO Car Wash damaged the shark fin antenna on my new 2025 Equinox and has been ignoring my damage claim since May 2025.

The basic wash uses a neoprene brush, that and along with their recycled water that is full of abrasive elements after washing multiple cars all day, has left scratches along both sides of my brand new 2026 vehicle. Delta Sonic's area manager Dave was very rude accused me of lying about the damages and the brush causing the damages. He refused to look up camera footage from February, March and April to prove that yes they did use those blue round neoprene brushes on my vehicle even though that was not in my plan. He reprimanded me for having less than 7,000 miles on my vehicle and told me that is a lot of miles for a new vehicle and that is where my scratches came from. I told him I live in the country and work in Buffalo so yes I have miles from driving back and forth to work every day and that would not cause parallel buff lines with scratches that trail along both sides of my vehicle. The only thing my vehicle was squeezed through since I got it was those blue neoprene brushes that should've never been used in the first place because I wasn't supposed to be getting a basic wash. I paid for a super kiss plus plan. So therefore not only did they damage my car they were charging me for a super kiss plus plan and only giving me a basic wash all winter.

WOW. This is an excellent car/truck detailer and let me tell you why!…read more My husband's truck had become a filthy mess after we drove it across the country with ourselves, our toddler our dog and cat inside. That's right, 2700 miles in a truck with a toddler and two animals. The cat puked, the dog spilled our drinks everywhere, the kid pretended french fries were confetti and tossed them everywhere. Diapers were changed on the shoulder of highways in the backseat... I hope the picture I'm painting for you is how dirty that truck was inside. Like, hopelessly filthy. Since my husband won't take his truck someplace to get detailed and cleaned and I find driving his truck nerve racking I was desperate to find a mobile service that does this. I was Yelping for some help and I found ABC Detailing and saw that they offer the mobile service. I emailed them and Scott, the owner was very quick to respond and help me get something scheduled for him to come and clean my husband's filth truck. Scott came and spent several hours cleaning the inside and outside of the truck. The inside was the most damage and Scott made it look showroom clean, like every little crevice and space is clean. You would never know how dirty it was before! He really did a great job and worked very hard on it. He charged a VERY reasonable amount for this. I got my Subaru detailed at Delta Sonic about a month or so ago and spent more money and it wasn't nearly as clean inside. In the future, Scott and ABC is who I'm going to call when the toddler or animals make the car/truck a disaster.

Scott from ABC Detailing did a great job on our motorcoach. He's busy so it took a while to connect…read moreand get started but once here at camp he was very thorough and I will be using his service again in the future.
