Customer service their is none at Go carwash. The machine damage your vehicle and think video would show but the won't show you video. They show what supports their narrative. The worst part it took 3 weeks and several phone calls and text to only get a reply of denied claim. Try to cancel subscription is it's own story. I tried this car wash and vacuum station for the last two months. It's cool. I've been utilizing a different blue car wash that is widely know known in Buffalo and Rochester but will remain nameless. I wanted to learn how they compare. For the price they don't in my opinion. For the introductory price of $11 it was fine. After two months the lowest introductory price goes up to $20. Aht aht aht, no no no. I would at least need my vehicle dried off to agree to this price. It was a cute little run but I'll be returning back to the blue staple because the amenities are great for a few dollars more. I will say the manager who set up my account was very nice. They appear to be working on multiple cars at once and yelling directions to people while not fully focused on the car in front of them. This location recently opened in the former spot of Holiday Showcase, yesterday was there grand opening. As part of their grand opening deals, local neighborhoods were mailed out postcards with information on how to sign up for 2 free months of car washes; in addition to the week long free car wash through May 28th. Royal Car Wash, all locations are phenomenal to have in the WNY area for several reasons 1. Staff care about their customers, and its exemplified though it's customer service. 2. Your car is left shiny with no spots, that makes a huge difference in overall quality. 3. Different plan selections, pricing and value. This location differs from the others in the area; Hot wax opition is offered as a selection, two different vaccum options based on driver preferences, and a spot to place your vehicle mats for easier cleaning convenience. read more

During the week of May 18, I had my SUV washed at two GO Car washes, On May 10th and 12th at the Galleria wash and on May 16th at the wash in Depew. On May 17th I noticed that the shark fin antenna on my vehicle was separated from the roof. I returned to the Depew wash and filed a damage report. Shortly after, I was contacted by the manager from the Depew wash showing me pictures that the shark fin was already damaged before entering the wash. I then went to the Galleria wash and requested them to look at the camera footage from my visits to see if the damage occurred there. Despite the fact that it was raining booth days I made the request there was no contact from them. Finally on 5/21 I filed another damage report. Despite my phone calls to the car wash and 3 emails I have not heard a word from GO Car Wash. GO Car wash did damage to my 2-month-old 2025 Chevy Equinox and refused to take responsibility. In the meantime, I have had the damage repaired at Paddock Chevrolet. When I picked up the repaired vehicle I was told that the damage was definitely caused at the car wash. read more

Your probably familiar with Delta Sonic and their car wash services. You sign up for a unlimited plan(car wash) and you save money per wash for doing so. The difference with Royal car wash is this, their plans are cheaper than their rivals. Royal's plans has more wash add on perks than their rivals. But you start to notice that they do not offer any gas discounts, because they do not have a gas station service. There is no convenience store, or even a oil change station. You are coming here strictly for the car wash. So depending on what discounts and perks you like, will determine where you will likely have your membership. read more

This is my least favorite of the GO Car washes in this area. The Transit Road one near the Thruway is the best. EVERY time I go to this location, I have yet to not have to move my car to find a vacuum that works. Today, I went to 4 different vacuum stations and not of them was working. I finally just left. I will avoid this one in the future. read more

I gave a two star review because the car wash itself is fine. As usual though it's a roulette as to which vacuums work or at least have decent suction. Do you have a neighbor that tends to always blow their grass clippings all over your car? Well, I do. If that is the case with you as well, I'd suggest getting a membership at the Royal Car Wash. With them opening up a new facility in the same plaza as Sam's Club, I decided to stop by to use it. The staff were friendly, and the whole system was automated. I first parked in line as one would for a drive through, was then scanned it with the barcode on my windshield, hosed down by a staff member, drove onto this track and asked to put my car in neutral and hands off the wheel, and then spent the rest of my time taking a video of the different color soaps, brushes, and drying process. As they opened up this new facility, they are offering the first month of service for a penny. After my car came out of the car wash tunnel, I put it back in drive and parked it at the vacuum area. There, you have two options of vacuums and which are way more powerful than your average ShopVac. I accidently pointed the vacuum to a cupholder which had coins and accidently vacuumed those coins. There is also a clipboard style holder where you can hang your mats. The vacuums also did a phenomenal job vacuuming the dog fur on my backseat, which didn't come off so easily with my ShopVac or other car wash vacuums I've used in the past. read more

This is a brand new Royal Car Wash location. Prior to their grand opening, we received an offer for two free trial months to their unlimited carwash club. I had recently purchased a new vehicle, so signed up to take advantage of the Royal offer at this convenient location for us. Getting in and out of this carwash is easy enough. There is a light into the plaza to use as needed, since Union can be pretty busy often. When we first went to this location to start using the offer, a friendly attendant got us all signed up at the terminal, and gave us our scanner sticker. Now we just roll through the gates for unlimited washes as we'd like. Also a nice perk with our membership is we can go to any Royal as often as we'd like. This Union location is actually not my favorite Royal because of one quirk that bothers me. At the very end of this carwash, the tire-cleaning mechanism grasps your tires to scrub and apply the tire shine solvent. The problem is when the grips release it makes a very loud banging sound. This happens twice, once for the front, and once for the back wheels. The first time it happened, it worried me enough to consider not coming back. I thought it was maybe something clanging onto my car itself. I mentioned it to my dad, who has been in various carwash clubs for a long time, and is a car dude in general, and he explained what was happening and that it wasn't doing damage to my car. Nonetheless, I do not like the two loud bangs at the end of every carwash. I tried the Transit Royal location, and their tire cleaning mechanism is much less bang'y-sounding, just a slight muffled clang when you disengage from the unit. So I prefer the Transit less-bang'y-sound location instead, and go there more often. I will continue to use this Union location on occasion if it is more convenient sometimes though, and hope that as the tire cleaner machine gets more used, it will stop loudly making us aware of its existence eventually. read more

Got tired of film being on the car after a trip to Delta Car Wash. I went to Royal and was impressed. Besides taking care of a proper wash its $20 less per month. My only concern is when more people discover the advantages the lines will be way too long. read more

I got a membership here a few months ago and the service was really good at first but now it's starting to decline. Every time they get busy the system there never gives me what I pay for. I got the royal plus car wash and the person behind he always ends up getting it or I end up getting someone's basic wash in front of me when I pay for the Royal wash plus. It takes a lot for me to complain about a company and I kinda feel bad writing this but it's just upsetting paying for a certain service and you don't get it. Also the wash arms that spin seem to be a little harsh on the car (just my opinion) I wouldn't say they are much faster than delta sonic especially when busy, when this place is busy I would have to say they are actually a little slower than delta. This place CANNOT Handel heavy volume... all in all it's an okay wash but it's just massively massively annoying when you pay for a certain service and get it hit or miss. They need to get a little more organized. I am thinking of switching back to delta sonic. Once again I'm sorry to the business for this review, I'm really not trying to be "that guy" but I couldn't keep my mouth closed any longer. Just really annoyed now. read more
