Each visit it feels more like being watch than assisting with my purchase. Today I decided to express my concern with someone identifying himself as Greg (owner) after I ask his name since the employee had given my name as an introduction. As I attempted to explain to him why I was dissatisfied with the customer service he became enraged and started yelling at me in order to make a scene and I ask him to lower his voice because this was a private conversation. He was angry because I didn't respond to him when he offer to assist me but it felt like when he appeared it was to pretend he was checking something on the shelf but it felt more like he was there to watch us so I didn't respond. When I tried to explain my reasoning he made a scene and I was in disbelief of the unprofessionalism and he didn't care about not supporting his store. Well it work communication is everything and when you have ignorant owners you lose one customer at a time until the doors closed permanently. You can Order the same products on line for lesser cost and save on gasoline. I Do not recommend this store because the owner is a very nasty arrogant man and the items are overpriced.
