The store was bright, well stocked, organized and easy to shop which are all things I appreciate when in the supermarket. I was able to find all the items I needed (plus some) and checkout was pretty fast as an employee who was organizing near the checkout lanes opened a register when she saw people waiting in the other 2 lanes. He is not a salesman but is a consultant of health and looks to determine what you need before making recommendations. I have gone in to many health food stores where they are looking to sell you a bunch of things that you may not need. As far as the products that he sells, he has a full range which include vitamins, food items, snacks, and skin products. Also he has a full line of health technology which includes air filtration systems, water alkaline filter, and laundry water system that eliminates the need for detergent, fabric softener, bleach, and hot water. This time they sold me a container of crumbled Feta cheese, which I did not see moldy until I already poured them into 6 Vital Farms organic pastured eggs for an omelet. The product had not expired but the bottom layer was molded. I returned it to the store, not having the receipt anymore (but it was 365 brand) and asked for a refund for it PLUS the 6 eggs, which were ruined and are quite expensive. All they could offer was a store credit. However, why would I continue to shop at a store that sells spoiled, unsafe products? We spent hundreds of dollars there a month and now it will all go to MOM'S Organic Market! Shame on Wholefoods and I will report them to the health department for food safety violations. No-one there cared cared enough to do the right thing.
