I bought my marshmallow root, elderberry and lemon balm here (which all have health benefits) Friendly customer service people. Cs dept always have free coffee, and coupons. Just ask! Their water station carries RO water and alkaline water. Bring your containers. They go for .39cents per gallon for RO. .99 cents for alkaline water. They don't have a good selection for meats .. Check out is usually fast. After all that shopping go nextdoor for some good KBBQ/Kpot !

I have to thank my vegan friend for recommending this place, because it is awesome! It's a simple market - there's nothing fancy to be found: no signs (except the name of the business outside), no aisles. It's just a big room full of freezers. The food is reasonably priced, though it can add up if you get more than a couple packages. Most stuff I've tried has been pretty solid, and usually soy and/or wheat-based, though they have some that are mushroom-based as well. I think the fake beef has been my favorite item, followed by the smoked (fake) duck breast. It's a great way to add some delicious plant-based protein to your meals; some come already marinated! My only complaint is that some of the products are written in Chinese, so you might only get a small idea of what you have or how to cook it. Oh well, it's fun exploring new things, and I think only one was a bust while everything else has been pretty tasty! The man behind the counter was very friendly and rang up our food. Like I said, I'm not usually in Rockville on Saturdays, but when I am, I try to make this one of my stops!

I didn't check the date but when I opened it, the lettuce was brown. Looking at the date now it says 7/17 so still plenty of time. I was already upset about that but imagine how even more upset I was when I found this nasty bug on the lettuce! I usually never buy prepared items but I thought this would be the healthier choice then stopping at a fast food joint. Apparently not.

I just went to the prescription counter, picked up the medication and was on my way. My main complaint was the parking. The lot is off of busy Connecticut and the entrance ramp is somewhat steep. Parking is tight and sometimes full. I used to have my step-sister come with me so she could wait in the car in case I couldn't find a spot. More recently we have a dog on compounded medication for gastrointestinal issues. There was a little confusion about her prescription because it was first submitted by an emergency vet and then transferred to our regular vet. Staff was very helpful getting it straightened out. We also opted for delivery at a nominal fee and are so glad we did. It's easy, reliable and the medication is hung right on our front door knob. I must say for very long term prescriptions there are some very good mail order pharmacies that are less expensive.

So they have pineapple and they have time to cut pineapple but they won't put them in containers for the sale. They use sale to reel in customers and then don't actually offer the item/product they advertised on sale. Although they are cutting pineapple and putting in containers with other fruit so those containers don't qualify for the sale. It's been like this for three days now at least. That's a scam.
