I asked a couple of questions and it was like asking a waitress to do brain surgery! Very nice guys just not knowledgeable at all, a completely different experience than at the GNC Beeridge Location. I will not return to this location because if I have to ask a question I don't believe it will be answered correctly if at all.

I began shopping this Walmart shortly after it opened and really liked it. However, my opinion has…read morechanged drastically and now I only shop it in emergencies. The shelves are not fully stacked, I seldom can find what I am looking for, when I ask a stock person, because their understanding of English is minimal, they are of little help and often times the only registers that are open are the self check ones which I personally don't like. There is rarely anyone at the customer service desk and when I ask to speak to a manager there seldom seems to be one on duty. I was in a few days ago to pick up a prescription and then went to the Customer Service Desk to return an spoiled grocery item. They had to page someone to assist me. When the woman arrived, her title was sales floor lead, I think, she was quite unpleasant. She made me feel as though it was my fault that the item was defective and that she'd rather not be bothered. She reluctantly offered me the option of replacing the item or getting a refund. I decided to get my money back, but even that was met with a dower look. The customer service in this store is terrible. Now that Detweiler's is open and the new Publix is open just a short distance from this store, I will no longer be patronizing it.

This locally owned vitamin shop is a real gem! They always have great deals on high-quality…read moresupplements, and their prices easily beat the big chain stores. What really sets them apart, though, is the service. the staff is incredibly knowledgeable and always willing to help you find exactly what you need. It's clear they truly care about their customers and want to make sure everyone gets the best options for their health. Supporting a local business that gives this level of personal attention feels great!

Today not so much. Needed help picking out several supplements but for some reason could hardy get them to interact with me. Almost to the point of rude and inconsiderate. Last time I was there I mentioned how far I drove to get there and they said to mention that next time and they would give me a 10% discount. Maybe my mentioning it put them off. I don't know. Maybe just a bad day. Who knows. I will try again but if this is the new attitude I will find another place, maybe closer to home. On the positive side they do have a great selection and reasonably priced.

I tried to get a RX filled, and they refused to fill it since i'm from out of town. They told me they weren't allowed to fill it, and never contacted me to let me know. Every other pharmacist in the area told me otherwise and happily filled it. When i pressed the pharmacist for an explanation as to why, I was able to determine that it was her "policy" (vs. an actual "regulation" ) that no other pharmacies in the area had. This situation caused a bit of mess and I almost ran out of my meds. You may want to call ahead if you plan to use this location to make sure the pharmacist "policy" that day will allow you to get your prescriptions.
