Do not ever order something to be shipped to your house from this GNC! Part of my problem is with Coporate GNC for sending me a email saying the item shipped, then canceling the order the next day because of inventory problems without letting me know it was cancelled. Finally a week of waiting for my product and then I called GNC corporate and found out it was cancelled and they sent me to the store to get my refund. I go to the store to receive my refund and they say all it shows is that the item was shipped. So they refused a refund and said that when trying to call GNC to figure it out they kept getting hung up on to come another day. I go back again and Judy tells me that corporate sent me a check and I should have it by April 12th at the very latest I talk to customer service line again and they say the store should have given a refund... i go back again April 14th and another employee is working and same thing refuses my refund because they have no proof even though i brought a letter from GNC that says go to the store for a refund. I also call customer service while in the store and they talk to the guy Same (Sam) who says no come back another day because we need to hear from corporate that we are to give you money. Mind you all of this is for $30.... the fact it took me 3 weeks to get my money back and driving back and forth to the store and dealing with at least 10 GNC customer service reps is ridiculous. never have I had this bad of an experience anywhere. I truly hope this reaches someone at corporate because training of franchises needs to change as well as customer service representatives. one last thing. On top of that I asked Judy to check any locations in the 20 mile radius for the product I wanted and was told no stores in 20 miles had it. An hour later I drive to the Laguna Niguel GNC and find it. I also know it was the same bar code she looked up because it was the old packaging like I had ordered. So message to all beware when ordering to have something shipped to you... unless you like chasing your money to no end to try and get it back. read more

I have been a long-time customer of GNC and I really enjoy going to my neighborhood store. Amazing deals, the variety and the quality of the products, the knowledge, the care, and the sunshiny smile of the owner Julie - that's what attracts me there. Julie has a pharmaceutical background and can make the right suggestions for any specific situation. I always trust her for my supplement/workout needs. Once I'm in the store, Julie and her awesome assistants Steven and Alex always tell me about current sales and discounts. They treat all her customers like their family. I went in to buy a certain preworkout, which was a for sure purchase for me but I'm always curious to try others so I always ask for samples. I asked if there were samples available and the woman said no and that she had been trying to get some for awhile. I go to purchase and take a look at the current brand they're advertising and ask about it and she said she had a sample. So she was lying to me and I asked if I could have one for me and one for my husband (he was with me) and she said no, only one per customer. I've had great experiences at other GNCs and I am a faithful customer. I was so surprised as to how business is handled here and it just didn't sit well with me how she lied and was so stingy with the product. I decided not to purchase and put the product back and she ends it with, "well, I gave you the sample because you were buying but I'll let you have it." Geesh. read more

This is a nice clean and well stocked GNC. They're very attentive and the lady that helped us was very informative.

If I could give this place no stars I would. This lady that is the owner there is rude, nasty and only will be nice if she sells you something. I had a return that was told to me by GNC ONLINE to bring it there for return. When I first called her she tried to say she could not help me and to go to another GNC store. Then when GNC online told me they called her and I could return it there she refused me even after she knew I was coming to return it. She thought I was buying something in exchange but because she did not stock the item we needed I asked for just a refund as GNC online said I could get. When she kept insisting I should buy something and we are going back and forth with masks over our faces in very hot weather I finally said why are you giving me such a difficult time. She then said I was rude and she refused to work with me. I called GNC online and they told me to leave, gave me a case number where any other store would accept the item and I should give her my review. She kept changing her story and it was very clear she would only take back item if she had a sale and tried to sell me something 5 times larger and in cost. She is very very rude, nasty and should not own a GNC store. I will continue to give my reviews about this store everywhere and tell my friends to not go to this store and to go only to other stores. Yes , this is not a nice review but she wasted my time and day refusing me when I was told she should accept it. She lies and makes up lies to get out of her situation and this makes a very poor business woman when she treats other humans this poorly. BEWARE, Stay AWAY form this GNC. read more
