So the reward showed as used, but I received no benefit from it. This is not a one-off issue. I've also dealt with price discrepancies and last-minute cancellations on pickup orders. I like the products most of the time, but the customer experience has become unreliable and frustrating. A rewards program should not require customers to chase down basic account issues after the store can already see the reward was redeemed.
