That means they have poor inventory control and/or they are not pulling paid orders quickly and placing items aside. Either way it's frustrating as you set order in advance and then need to reorder with competitors. Don't bother using the Contact Us or Chat feature either as it goes nowhere with the "will respond in 24 hours" yet NEVER receives response. Clearly a business that follows its Corporate path even in local markets. Luckily Amazon appears to offer same pricing and ships directly to home. Just have to catch the mins to avoid any shipping charge and wait an extra day or two. This is how the giant wins even when trying to use the smaller businesses first.

He obviously has not been trained to deal with the public, and obviously has a disdain for women who ask questions. One of the budtenders once told me I did not have enough allotment to make a purchase and he had to grab his manager to realize he was incorrect. 3 stars for the product though. Pricey but quality flower. I don't recommend their concentrates (too pricey for the quality) but their bud is worth the extra money.

Every time I go, I have to wait a very long time because they have different staff members that are not properly trained. I stopped coming for a while but I decided to come today because it was 420 and they were Sales . Today is 420 and they are supposed to be big sales going on and everything is 50% off. I went to the store in Deerfield Beach and they packed my order. Everything was ready to go and I waited for 45 minutes for the manager to come outside and tell me that the system is down and their Wi-Fi is down and that I cannot get my order because they could not do it manually very unprofessional I had my son in the car 45 minutes for me for them to tell me that I can't get my order they tell me to come back later and I can't but they will not honour the price tomorrow. The store itself is pretty cool, there's lots to look at. The girl who helped me was very peppy but in a "waiting for you to stop talking so she can talk" sort of way (like not really listening- and she talked crap to me about the previous customer, lord knows what she said about me, haha). She was nice enough to give me some samples, which the CBD for muscle pain actually worked. Luckily I know my stuff with CBD so didn't have much to ask. Unfortunately their stuff is laced with tons of crazy chemicals and is only water soluble (the kind I order is just MCT oil and cold pressed hemp which tastes fine enough on its own- no chaser haha). I got the hemp flavored to try to cut down on the chemicals, but it still tasted like drinking tons of alcohol, yuck. I can't say whether it worked or not, probably, I take it with a plethora of other things to help with sleep. I was also told if I gave my phone number I'd get texted deals but so far have gotten 0. So overall it was just ok, and I take the disgusting stuff when I run out of my good stuff, lol. (In case you're wondering, I like Ned CBD and NuLeaf Naturals.)
