There were only two cars in front of me in line to order, to even get my order to the staff took 10 minutes. I ordered the Original High Protein Chocolate 20 ounce- simple order, no modifications. It took another 10 minutes to get to the staff where I watched one staff member make toast, two other smoothies before greeting me and asking me to double check my order. When she asked me if I ordered a banana strawberry toast I knew they screwed up. I reminded her of my order and then she created a new order I paid (she did apologize and took $2 off) and then asked me to drive my car in front of the store and she would bring it out. This whole drive thru experience took 35 minutes. For a smoothie king to take that long seems unacceptable, I learned my lesson and will not be going back to this smoothie king for a long time. I was 30 minutes late to work but that was my own fault for assuming smoothie king would be faster. If you have the time to wait then there's nothing wrong with their drinks, but if you're in a rush, don't go here!
