While I was searching the shelves alone, I clearly overheard another employee repeatedly using the word "vagina" as a derogatory word in conversation, about a male who was not part of the conversation. I'll deal with it later and that was it. He walked away. I've written to corporate about it. I'm appalled. I know there's a lot of angry people today, but it is not cool to disparage anybody for who they are. I don't care what your situation is or how angry you are. It is not cool. You are representing a company when you're behind the counter, register or whatever. You are representing who you work for so you need to check your attitude and your personal beliefs at the door when you get to work.
