Spence's always checks multiple suppliers to get the very lowest price they can for me. They do their research to find out the most affordable way for me to take the medications I need. The compounders are so kind and helpful, and they're always working with me to make getting medications as easy as possible. They are fast at compounding and filling prescriptions right after the Dr. calls them in. It's very clear that they actually care about me as a patient, which is something I'm very grateful for. I've lived in multiple different places, and have used a lot of pharmacies. But none have even come close to how good Spence's has been to me. Went in to the store today and the manager said she hadn't heard anything about it and blamed me for not going in to the store, and refuted that I'd even contacted them. They never answer their store phone (not surprised when the manager has D tier customer service) so it rings to GoWireless's other stores and corporate offices I guess. When I mentioned that I had called more than 10 times and never got an answer, the manager said their wifi was down so they can't answer the phone. I asked if it had been down for months, somewhat joking but clearly irritated, and she got pissed. After I let her know I'd like it handled in about a week or I'd be filing a small claims court case, she said I was bombarding her and told me to leave as she stormed away from me. Terrible, hilariously poor customer service skills from basically every employee in the store. It's worth the drive to go to literally any other Verizon store in the area.
