Teriyaki bowl was fresh, hot, and good! Probably the best I have had at a Whole Foods in quite some time. Parking was ample at this location and boy did they need it when I visited. The lot was packed and it was wall to wall people inside at this location. Everything looked full and fresh and well presented throughout. It was nice to visit this location. It's kind of hard to see from the interstate. So don't miss pulling off here if you are in town..

Pushy people at the check out line acting like I was in there way - even though my transaction was not completed yet and I was trying to get my bags. And the in a rush young people fulfilling Amazon Orders for Prime or trying to stock the shelves - I can't tell you how many times I have been treated as is I was an impediment to what they are trying to do even though I am a paying customer trying to navigate my way through the store. it gets to me sometimes. There are too many people trying to shop in this store for the size of it. Too many people "In a Rush" to get on with their lives. I do feel like I am back up in the North East sometimes when I go there. The best times to shop are during Tennessee Game Days or on a Tuesday night of all things. I go there because they do have things that other markets in the area do not have - fruits, vegetables, organic products. I do like the fish market guys. I do like certain cashiers and try to always go to them. I do like being able to find certain products there that I cannot find anywhere else - . I do like their supplements. There are things I do like. But the whole Prime thing (order fufillment) has put a huge black mark by the shopping experience. They really need to train their restocking people to be mindful of the customers and to be a little nicer while they do it. But between trying not to get run over in the parking lot when I am trying to get into the store and not getting run over while I am in the store by the oh so many busy people in there, it has gotten to where my stress levels goes straight up when I shop there. What I will do is try to go during off hours, and I do try to do that. But this is a pattern. My opinion is that for the amount of customers they have and the amount of order fufilment they do - the store probably needs to be twice as big as it is. I gave them three stars - but like I said - it is always a stressful experience for me.

You'll find an array of fresh produce, meats/deli, bulk foods (nuts, granola), and vitamins. When it comes to food, I think that more options are always a good thing. So, I welcome the arrival of this store. But, for me, it is mixed bag on whether Sprouts has an advantage over its peers in this category. For produce: I was impressed with the selection of items. It seems like they have an assortment of fresh items that I haven't seen elsewhere. For example, they had a large display of organic papayas -- something that isn't prominently sold elsewhere. The meats/seafood: Prepackaged items were priced around the same as competitors and they have store brand items. The meat case was more expensive than Earthfare. Bulk foods: This is an area where Sprouts excels. Larger selection than other stores. I didn't see as many prepared foods and there is no hot bar, pizza, or quick service foods. If you start delving into items, I found the prices to be a little higher on average. But, there are also store brand items that are unique to Sprouts and may be good choices. Also, if you are looking for things like kombucha, Earthfare is better for selection. Overall: A decent option for organic foods. Check them out and sign up for their rewards program.

Today I went through the drive-through and ordered a strawberry smoothie and the lady told me to pull around and park in front of the restaurant to get out of the drive-through and they would bring the smoothie out to me. I sat forever and finally I went inside and just asked for a refund and they asked me what I ordered and four ladies were standing - They're all confused and then finally the lady that had told me to park said "oh I do remember telling you to park"and then they pointed to my smoothie that had been sitting there the entire time. I get it mistakes happen but what was even more frustrating is a few months ago. I went through a drive-through and I ordered two smoothies and I requested almond butter in both of them because we have a peanut allergy I took that order to a friend's house that is about 20 minutes away and when we arrived there after drinking the smoothie, I realized that I had consumed peanut butter. I used my EpiPen a few hours later I went back and told them and all they could simply say was oops.

The attitude of the workers sucks. They just want you gone. Their helpfulness is a two out of ten. They are very loud, they bang equipment, and the F word is used proliferately, even in front of customers. I am surprised that any of their machinery still works. They don't greet you when you enter. And they don't look you in the eye at any time unless you say something they feel is stupid. Then their look says it all! This is my second trip here. It is also my last.

I had a lager with hemp in it and my friend and I split the hummus plate and added the little spritz of CBD on it for an extra $3. The bartenders were great and so friendly and helpful and answered all my annoying questions about the company. It also helped that it was a rainy, Monday evening so it was verrrrrry slow as people in Knoxville for some reason cannot do anything or go anywhere if it's raining... The place itself has a sort of weird, sterile vibe for a bar when you first walk in. It looks like they were selling MacBooks and iPhones but a cool setup and a fantastic location in the Old City. I wouldn't hate going there to work off-site. Also, it was an artist's venue during Rhythm N Blooms and it would be great to see more music events there.
