I have been disabled for years and recently was blessed with a life saving companion that is not allowed in the store due to the owners fear of liability and complete lack of education and adherence to ADA laws regarding service dogs. I also have offered to help facilitate a meeting to discuss options for disabled customers with service animals to be able to freely shop in this store without discrimination, but unfortunately there has been no response to this. This store (and all stores for that matter) are unsafe for pets, and they should rightfully so be denied access, however service dogs are not legally considered a pet - they are a medical device and have been trained to not only avoid but ignore many distractions around them including but not limited to: things on the floor, edible items on shelves, other people and pets. Please make necessary changes to your illegal policy, I really did love your store and your help and knowledge on herbal medicine, but i refuse to wait outside and be treated less than the next paying customer.
