I came in expecting to shop at a business, not sit there and watch an employee throw herself at my boyfriend under the pathetic disguise of being "friendly." The lack of professionalism was honestly disgusting. You're behind a counter representing a business, not at a nightclub desperately fishing for male attention. Are you selling weed, or are you selling access to yourself? Because the way she was carrying on made it genuinely difficult to tell. And now, to make the situation even more interesting, he's been contacted for an interview.. So, naturally, I am appalled... I'm going to be very interested to see whether this is actually about employment or whether all that extra attention suddenly has a convenient explanation. I'm not going to jump to conclusions, but I'm also not stupid, and I certainly wasn't born yesterday. A business should be able to maintain basic professionalism without making customers uncomfortable or giving someone's significant other a reason to question the atmosphere and intentions behind the counter.. I just stood there shocked. The whole interaction left a disgusting taste in my mouth, and I genuinely hope management takes a closer look at how its employees are representing the establishment. Because if this is the standard of customer service, there are some serious issues that need addressing. Michael helped me out, and he was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. That level of customer service and product knowledge really stood out. He even shared that many of their customers are cancer patients who rely on those specific gummies.
