I simply want to PRAISE this business for protecting ALL of us following Gov. Cuomo's regulations! Today we are seeing the results of this issue so I hope I see no more of these 'complaints'! Masks & social distancing are making a tough situation worse for so many businesses why the _?_ would anybody make a 'negative issue' of it. PLEASE! I was very happy to find this establishment after losing Fairway in Plainview when it closed and look forward to making regular trips here! Only problem I had was parking at a reasonable distance. While it's very nice to see such a busy small town downtown when so many on LI are full of empty storefronts Babylon does need so solution to the parking when one is carrying a couple bags of groceries!

Consumer Warning: Commack abruptly shuttered, credits forfeited, impending closure admitted…read more If you are an active member at the Lindenhurst location or considering purchasing prepaid sauna packages, detox services, or memberships here, proceed with extreme caution. I was a loyal 10-year client at the Commack pHountain location, paying monthly with dozens of unused, prepaid sauna sessions tracked in their internal booking system. Over the weekend, Commack was shut down permanently with zero advance notice--a paper sign was simply taped to the glass on November 1st after appointments were held as normal just hours prior. When affected members contacted surviving staff, we were informed our prepaid balances and accumulated credits would not be honored and that members are expected to forfeit their funds and "start over." When speaking directly with an ownership representative regarding these balances, he acknowledged that the closure was mishandled and flatly confirmed that they have no intention of compensating or refunding members for unrendered services. Most alarmingly for Lindenhurst clients, he explicitly stated that this Lindenhurst location will soon be closing as well. Corporate leadership has offered zero accountability or consumer protection. Do not leave large balances on account or sign up for long-term packages here. Formal complaints have been filed.
