I came to the Vitamin Shoppe on 12/17/21. I was recently diagnosed with GERD about a year ago and…read moreit's something I would not wish upon anyone :( and rocked my princess world quite a bit. My old doctor prescribed me a medication pill which if you know me; I always look for herbal or homeopathic or holistic alternatives as the pharmaceutical business is a problem of it's own! But the medication wasn't working nor the lifestyle changes - Trying to go Gluten free , no processed foods, exercise, no typical trigger foods etc . But still haven't found relief :( But anyways, someone suggested to give apple cider vinegar gummies a try . I will pretty much try anything at this point to at least feel better and not be physically miserable :( all the time. Well things that are legal of course xD you gotta specify these days ! I have never gone to a store like this before and even though I'm pro medication alternatives I still like to do my research. They had a deal of buy one get one 50% off and if you are a new customer sign up with email and get an additional 20% off. Whhhhhhat a steal as locally the gummies were so expensive!! Which this was totally affordable. I have used the Gollie Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies before in 2020 off and on which was suppose to help with weight loss which maybe it did but I did lose 75 lbs but I made other changes too like diet and exercise no empty calories! But there was only one worker inside the store and she was so sweet! Helpful and made sure I had the best deals while I was there. Customer service was ah-mazing. I spent some time in the store just looking around and at the prices. They have a lot of things I never heard before which peak my curiosity. The store was well organized and clean. They even had teas, lotions and even healthy bars. I would recommend starting any new regimen consult your doctor, or if you are like me testing things without a consultation with a doctor proceed with caution as everyone's body is different . If something does not feel right in your body listen to it!!!! Do not ignore it at all. I am making conscious efforts to improve my quality of life and will be following up with my new doctor if I am still not receiving relief from the Apple Cider Gummies that I purchased from here. I will be back soon- as I love the store, the friendly staff and healthy alternatives here. I always struggled with maintaining healthy blood levels as I'm always lacking in something so will be look to look for more vitamins to keep me healthy! Make sure to check out the deals! You will save money! Who doesn't like to have a few more dollars in their pockets anyways ... yay!

I have been a customer for 8 years at Campus Pointe. I will not be coming back after today…read more My partner lost his job due to illness, so our financial situation changed. We prioritized our health and fitness recovery through illness, my own surgery, and our drop in income, so we continued to purchase through Nutrishop. Today I asked the employee if there was a more affordable product than the one I had been using. Instead of answering my question, he told me to purchase the same product in a smaller size, which was still more expensive than the other brands. He immediately turned and left us without offering any actual help. He was incredibly awkward and ignored us, and he also helped other customers at checkout before us, even though we were at the counter first. He remained awkward and uncommunicative throughout. I would like to point out this employee was incredibly friendly, open, and helpful to other customers in the shop. He specifically did not want to help with our question about pricing and treated us differently for needing to make a budget-friendly choice. It's really a shame and a bad look for this business, and the experience disgusts me. We will never come back.

Katelynn is an absolute GODSEND! I cannot say enough good things about her or the level of customer…read moreservice she provided me today. After checking out, I left the store and went about my merry way and start loading my car. Out of nowhere, I suddenly hear a loud "EXCUSE ME"!! I screamed in shock and turned to see her, Katelynn, running ACROSS THE PARKING LOT toward me with my watermelon in her hands, the one item I came for. She had noticed I left it behind at the register, grabbed it without thinking, and came after me before I even had the chance to realize what I had done! She didnt just leave it at customer service; she saw a customer had forgotten something important and took off after me! When she reached me, she held out the watermelon - red in the face and panting from crossing the entire parking lot! I was amazed and I thanked her up and down, she looked at me with the biggest smile on her face, catching her breath and told me "It was my pleasure. Just doing my job, ma'am." Just doing her job?! Katelynn, you are a legend! It may have been just doing her job to her but as a customer, that level of going the extra mile was amazing! She could have easily let me drive away without ever knowing I'd forgotten it, but instead she made sure I got my watermelon! Katelynn is definitely a keeper! Five stars for the store and five EXTRA stars for this wonderful girl.
