First time visiting this store as I was out of my Costco protein and I need my daily fix. As I entered the shop, I was immediately welcomed by employee, Hector. I shared what I needed and Hector directed me to the area in the store where protein powders were located. Hector left me alone to shop in peace (which I prefer the no hassle approach) and when I had a question or two, Hector returned to me to address my questions. In all, i walked out of there with an annual membership, two 5 pound tubs of strawberry and chocolate protein powders and two cases of meal replacement drinks. Let me start by saying if I could give 0 stars I would.. today I went into the store to get some protein shakes and such. I like to read all the nutritional facts and see the different flavors and options and take my time before I choose.... I was so excited to get some. But today, I had the worst experience and made to feel like I was doing something wrong... I was followed and harassed the whole time. Every aisle I went on, the employee would follow me and just stare.... I told her I didn't need help multiple times but she continued to just watch me and act like she was stocking the shelves when they didn't need stocking or anything... I felt rushed and overwhelmed so I chose some random ones and left. Long story short they won't allow me to return them. Not even at another gnc because apparently this one is known for not allowing refunds so they won't lose out on money. If you're Mexican or someone who dresses in T-shirts and sweats (workout clothes) do not come here or you will probably get harassed as well. Do better with your employees gnc... read more

Second GNC in one day that would not give me a REFUND!!!!! Gilbert and Manuel helped and I formed me that the product was used and I said that I didn't not like the product. I only had it for 15 days and maybe used it 5 days straight. He said they were not able to refund. I told them that the last store I went didn't even say that the used product was an issue. I've been here 3 times and I've been "helped" out by some older woman 2 out of my 3 visits. Both times she has been completely uninterested and useless which has driven me to write this review about her. I purchased some items today during Alani Nu's BOGO sale. The packs of energy drinks were open and missing some cans so I asked the lady if I could fill the 12 pack with different flavors. She said it was okay but by the time she rang me up, she was charging me separately for each of the cans instead of ringing it up as a 12 pack. She kept insisting that it would come out cheaper. At the end my total was $63 for 2 12 packs of energy drinks which should've been BOGO 50% off. I told her my total was incorrect because of the sale and then she told me I couldn't mix and match my drinks and had to get the same flavors. If she had told me this in the beginning, we wouldn't be here in the first place. So I had to take out 4 flavors from each pack that we're missing and get the same flavors and then she was able to apply the sale to my transaction. My total for the 2 packs came out to $43. She completely overcharged me the first time and if I hadn't spoken up, I would have paid more than I had to. AND THEN I also had a birthday reward I wanted to redeem, which basically gave me 300 points towards my account and she said it wouldn't work because of the sale items. I just got home, went on the gnc website and added the same items I purchased today in my cart and was able to apply my birthday reward WITHOUT ANY ISSUES. I'm seriously baffled at her lack of effort. Next time I'm just going to shop online or go to a different store. The last time I was here during a BOGO free sale, I left the store without 1 free item even though I purchased 3 items and was eligible for 3 free items. She didn't even bother letting me know and I didn't realize until I got home and checked my receipt. Customer service is not her strength and I'm not really sure why she still works there but thanks for being useless lady! read more

Came in a few weeks ago to get an idea of what I wanted to take Mian helped me then. Came back today finally & he was there. He gave me the truth about fit tea that it won't give the results I'm looking for but will help with digestion & energy which I knew so was glad he said that.
