Cliff notes back story: -I worked in the industry for years -I know a lot about cannabis and that each product goes far beyond the THC content. -I look for flavour and smell I gave her a brief list of strains I like (I'm more focused on terps) and a price range and this girl got me a half and 2 AIO live resin pens. I got home and DEAR LAWDYYY AM I IN LOVE. She absolutely nailed the flavour profile I wanted with very little prompting- lately I've not met many budtenders that can do that. Did I mention they were all prepackaged?! That's right, she KNOWS the products she sells. I'm a tough critic when it comes to budtending (although rarely confrontational) bc I just want to be treated how I treated my customers back in the day. It's a far drive but I will come back here JUST to get her recommendations again! thank you for being a great budtender queeeen!!

(Spokane Location Review) I was a loyal Apex customer for…read moreapproximately eight years, but my recent experience has completely changed my opinion of this organization. On May 29, I used an Apex ATM that failed to dispense cash. Although no money was received, my bank account was immediately debited. I reported the issue to staff right away and spent nearly 45 minutes in the lobby on the phone with my bank. During that time, no one appeared to take ownership of the situation, and the ATM remained available for other customers to use without being marked out of service. The following day, I spoke with a male manager who acknowledged that there had been an outage with the ATM provider. He explained that my transaction, along with those of numerous other customers, had been impacted and that several people had been charged despite not receiving their funds. He assured me that if I encountered any issues obtaining a refund, Apex would assist by providing video footage or working directly with my bank and the ATM provider. Unfortunately, when I called back to request that assistance, I spoke with a female manager whom I believe was named Alesia. Her response was dismissive and unprofessional. Rather than helping resolve the issue, she questioned my credibility because I could not recall the name of the manager I had spoken with nearly two weeks earlier. Given that this incident reportedly affected multiple customers, I found her reaction both surprising and disappointing. Mistakes happen, and technology fails. What matters is how an organization responds when customers need help. In this case, I experienced a lack of accountability, poor communication, and unprofessional customer service. Based on my experience, I cannot confidently recommend Apex. Customers deserve to feel that their concerns--and their money--are being taken seriously when problems occur.

But let me back up just a bit, I'm a Walgreens Rewards Member and recently got an email for a free 8x10 as a way to celebrate Father's Day. So last night before it expired, I hopped on the website and uploaded a pic. Because I knew I was going to be in the area, I chose this location for my pick-up. Received an email early this morning letting me know it was ready to be picked up. When I walked in, I headed to the photo counter and the male employee working was nice and friendly and had no problem locating my photo. As I was walking away, a new Reese's with Marshmallow caught my eye and there was a sale on it if you're a rewards member, which was another draw for my impulse buy lol. Tamara, the cashier who helped me, was very pleasant and energetic and made sure I got my rewards discount. Although a short interaction, her customer service was awesome.

I don't usually wander into human corrals, but this bull made the mistake of trusting the wrong…read morepasture. For years, I grazed happily over at Walmart--steady feed, predictable hours, salt lick always where it should be. But this time I thought, "Hey, that Walgreens pen is closer. Maybe the grass is greener." Big mistake. This pasture? Dry. Gates half-open, half-closed, no ranch hand in sight when the sign says they should be. I've stomped my hooves over there twice now during "open hours," and it's just empty wind and disappointment. A bull doesn't like showing up to a trough that's been abandoned. And when the gate is open? The folks behind the counter move like they've been out in the heat too long... or maybe into something stronger than hay. No urgency, no clarity--just slow, strange energy that makes a bull uneasy. Honestly, the whole setup feels less like a well-run ranch and more like waiting in line at some bureaucratic branding station. No flow. No respect for a bull's time. So I'm turning this big ol' body right back toward Walmart pasture. At least over there, when a bull needs his feed, the gate's open and someone's actually minding the herd. Two hooves down. Would not graze again.

This isn't the biggest Sephora I have been in, but it does have a lot of products. The aisles are a little too close together for my liking which can be difficult to maneuver especially on a busy weekend, but I think they were just trying to pack as much as they could into the store. I guess that's both a positive and a negative. I went there yesterday for a couple specific items and didn't end up purchasing them due to the lines being so long. I guess that's to be expected for a Saturday. They seemed to be stocked up with most things, while some items were completely sold out. The store itself was clean and tidy for the most part and I will definitely be back again on a weekday.
