What I find amazing is that the girl in her 20s with long dark hair that works at this GNC location is always out front smoking cigarettes. She's working in a health store and yet she's outside chain smoking and leaving her used butts and ash all over the ground. I can't believe the GNC management hasn't let her go or at least explained to her how to act professionally (do not smoke out front and leave her trash). I'm refuse to go into a health store if the persons who work there are unhealthy. read more

Came in here looking for protein shakes, and left with a protein bar to hold me over until I got to another store. The girl didn't want to help so she pointed out the section and scurried off; the guy acted bored, like he's rather be texting his girlfriend. Nevermind, sorry for bothering you both by trying to keep your store in business, geeze. Always can get what I need. Mostly never out of any product or protein bars and if they are they will order it for you. Everyone is always friendly and helps out as I need. I'm not overly needy as I know what I want so maybe that's why I do not have the issues these other reviews had. read more

There are some GNCs that make sure they hire knowledgeable staff. This is not one of them. The guy working was polite enough, but didn't recognize a pretty popular brand that most GNCs carry(VPX). They don't carry a major brand, but they do stock the Shake Weight. That's pretty much all you need to know. read more

I live very close to this store and usually spend money there twice a month. The WROST service I think I've ever seen. It's actually kind of sad. Came there at 7:30 on a Thursday night to see a note taped to the door that they are on a break (store closes at 8pm hmm). I see him inside looking at me while he's on the phone. He finally lets me in and tells me he wasn't ready to unlock it but he would...really?! Another time the oh so friendly red head (being sarcastic) was seriously annoyed by every and anything. I asked her for a specific flavor of a bar and her response "well there's the shipment over there. I guess I can be nice and look for you but you will have to wait " . Then she turns to the other guy working there, ROLLS her eyes and laughs while I'm standing right there!! I almost fell over at the amount of attitude she gave me and the lady behind me. And don't get me started on asking questions about pricing. Bottom line is, there are many other GNC stores that have what I need. This one is way more convenient for me but I am now driving out of my way due to the lack of help that this store gave me. Straight rudeness and unprofessionalism! Went into this gnc location was greeted by a beautiful lady that worked there. She was super friendly and very nice to look at.

Wish I could give no star. Since I have to give one, I'll dedicate it to the poor girl who clearly just started. She didn't know anything but was at least willing to help. To start as we walked up to the store, some girl was standing out front fighting with her boyfriend I assume? I figured she didn't work there, well as soon as I went to walk inside she decided to enter at the same time so we nearly got stuck in the doorway until she shoved through. No "excuse me" nothing. Turns out she works there and is somehow some sort of manager or supervisor. We came looking for protein powder and the new girl approached us asking if we needed help. She pointed me in the right direction and as I asked a question she didn't know the answer to, she shouted for Amanda (or something like that) who ended up being the chick from outside. Amanda was too busy dealing with her cellphone and went in the back, completely ignoring her colleague in need of assistance, and me.. the customer. We carried on looking and Amanda graced us with her bitchcy presence shortly after. I asked the question again and Amanda mumbled a few words to the new girl and stormed off. No eye contact, no hello, no answer, no nothing! That was it. Out we walked. Will not be back, nor will anyone I know. Looking at the reviews dating back to 2011 this is no breaking news that their customer service sucks. Hello corporate! Do something before it closes from no sales. Hope the new girl finds a new job or maybe gets promoted and turns that place around, but again.. I won't be back to find out! read more

This store has the WORST customer service!! The first time going there the guy working told me I couldn't come in the store because he had to take a break. I sat there and watched him smoke a cigarette and talk to his girlfriend. Who does that? He could have very well waited 5 minutes and allowed me to run in and get what I needed. Went there again last week..at least this time I was allowed in. However the girl working at the time (Tawni) never greeted me, asked if I needed help or even looked up at me as I walked in. The only interaction I had with her was when I went to pay for my items. She got snippy with me because I didn't grab enough protein bars to get the special. Granted it was simple math but I was tired and made a mistake. She treated me like I was stupid and at the end of it. all she handed me my change. Never said thank you have a nice night...nothing! She was extremely rude and probably shouldn't be in the customer service business! All in all I would say avoid this store if you can. There are plenty of other locations that have knolwegable, friendly people working there...this store had neither! I definitely think this store could benefit from some customer service training or a new staff!! read more

I went there to get my usual muscle pharm pre workout. When i was there the person working there kept telling me i should try the new arnold muscle pharm that it was dope. I didnt want to but he kept saying how good it was to really try it so i did. Worst thing i have ever taken its so dam bitter, To the point where i drink a LITTLE of it and i cant drink the rest because its so bad. If your working at a place dont lie to the customer say something is good whens it really not I used my gift card for that....What a waste of $35 bucks! read more

I honestly don't understand why people even shop at GNC anymore. A product that costs $30 online with free shipping, costs over $55 at GNC and that's "On Sale!". I purchase my preworkout from Amazon for $30, I went in at GNC, it was $50 plus tax. I asked if they price matched, the guy smirked and said "No we don't." I still went ahead and bought it because I needed it ASAP. If I didn't need it that day, I would've definitely purchased it online. Bottom line: GNC is only making money off people that don't know how to shop online or are too rich to save money lol read more
