Cashier Edward was incredibly friendly, funny, and so easy to talk to. He made checking out quick and effortless, and when I realized I had forgotten an item, he was so patient while I ran back to grab it. He never made me feel rushed and kept such a positive attitude the entire time. I also had the pleasure of talking with Calen in the meat department. I came in looking for filet mignon, but since they were sold out, he took the time to recommend the next best cut. Not only did he explain why it was a great alternative, but he also taught me what to look for when shopping for steaks in the future. Overcooked noodles, food counters, dried out, hotels with crusty food. Not a lot of energy pretty cold attitude. My 10-year-old son to use the bathroom and was dancing around pretty vigorously as we were shopping for our dinner and was sent to the bathroom three times the bathroom bathrooms were unacceptable due to their cleaning. I notified the Deli counter numerous times my 10-year-old boy needed to go to the bathroom. They kept shrinking their shoulders and giving us a code and said they don't know what to do. The options are: you clearly presented your signs and show that the floor is wet, which is relieving you of any liability if somebody slips and you clean one bathroom at a time while the doors are open and guest need to use a bathroom. Or I have to instruct my son to literally go and pee outside the door once they got the MOD. He came with an attitude. His name was Jaszmin. He argued with me. I clearly told him that my son is going to use the bathroom anyway because he has no choice. On another note: did not fit the small containers of soup so we gently put it on soup was bagged up from the very kind Check guy. He had a tattoo on his neck that said baby. Unfortunate thing was that the soup by the time we got to the car and sloshed and spilled inside the bag, creating it virtually inEdible due to the fact that we could not even open the bag. Both of my kids question that saying that I did not as well as I clearly did not I was very assertive, but I was not yelling. This team needs to know how to take care of their store. They can't take care of their stores. You can't take care of the customers. They clearly see now why they have a 3.8 stars versus some of the other properties they have 5 stars. You are going to finger point at me, perhaps you should point the fingers at yourselves and find out why people are complaining?. This is just another feather filled failed headdress. Customer service is what makes the product product doesn't make the customer service so figure it out and check yourselves No worry, we won't be back and I will be calling the BBB Boooooooo

The gentleman who was working that night had a very positive / welcoming attitude. He recommended to me this brand called Intek and I bought it, came home and he was spot on with the recommendation. I really like the flavor. I've been to almost all the nutrition stores in town and what I like about my experience with Max Nutrition is that the gentleman that was working that night didn't try to up sell me or sell me on other products that I didn't need or ask about. I feel like the other companies in town try to do that all the time which is why I started ordering online for while but I'll definitely be back to Max Nutrition.

Had THE WORST experience I've ever had with an employee named Hailey ! I've never been this…read moredisrespected in my life. I came in & wasn't even greeted and if anything as I walked in the employee instantly rolled her eyes which automatically made me feel uncomfortable. There was no music, he store was empty and quiet which made it that much more awkward. I was looking around and asked her if she could help me and she gives me the nastiest attitude and literally says, " I don't know, I don't know anything" I was confused by her response! I would assume working there she would be a little knowledgeable about the products they sell. I disregard her comment as she clearly knows nothing about customer service, sales and clearly knows nothing about respect. So I stand there and continue to look around & grab my product. She's stocking shelves so I ask her if I can checkout and she completely ignores me so I ask her if she's open and she says we're clearly fucking open and walks to the register & yanks my product off the counter to scan it & at this point I'm getting upset so I'm like "can I talk to a manager" and she's like yeah he's in the fucking back and give him my fucking name and she starts spelling it out for me literally screaming each letter out loud and sticking her finger in my face showing me how to spell it. She was literally almost trying to fight me over the counter. And as she's being so loud & obnoxious, a male walks out from the back and asks what's going on and I explain to him how she's acting and he doesn't even tell her anything as if he's protecting her and is on her side instead of the customers. He's says "I'm not sure why she's acting like that" like regardless her reasoning she should not be allowed to act like a wild animal towards customers trying to spend their hard earned money. He makes her go to the back and she's laughing her way there like she knows she won't get in trouble for acting like that and seems normal & probably not her first time acting this way. She humiliated me and embarrassed me. This is not acceptable! Here she is spelling her name out for me. Thanks for leaving such a bad impression towards GNC I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.
