I tried muscle relaxers and topical treatments. None of these things helped. A friend of mine recommended I stop in to see Luke, the owner and head trainer at MobilityRX. Luke immediately pinpointed the problem and applied some muscle release techniques which provided instantaneous relief. I continued to see him for additional one on one sessions. Along with the manual release, he provided mobility exercises and strength exercises to prevent any pain in he future. I have continued to see Luke for the past year and a half. Not because I have any pain, but because he has continued the give me the tools I need to keep my body in top shape and to continue to improve as an athlete. Luke is very knowledgeable, caring, and professional. If you are having pain related to a muscular issue, Luke can help. Or, if you are just looking for personalized training, he can do that too!

I was referred from a friend at work after pulling my back out twice in a row once installing a car battery and the other picking up a large box of cat litter. That was it, sick and tired of being out of shape. I wrestled in high school and since graduating I've been wanting to train in Jiu Jitsu. During the onboarding Coach Robert asked me for a fitness goal Jiu Jitsu was the goal I've had for over 7 years. I have now been training at Gracie Largo for 5 months and performing exceedingly well with my gas tank increasing every week. Elevate not only supported me in strengthening my back and losing weight but also supported me in pursuing my long term goals. I even ran into someone in public who said Elevate changed his life and I can't disagree. This is a high quality family owned business and I recommend in passing at every opportunity. I also feel Coach Robert is a highly talented personal trainer who never once was annoyed at my 1 million "whys" and if he didn't know the answer he would do research and share his findings with me. Elevate always treats the root cause and never fails to educate.

I met Keith at the Health Fair at my work and my friend Brooke and I decided to sign up with him…read morefor group sessions 3 times a week. Brooke was recently engaged and wanted to lose weight for her wedding next year so she was the perfect workout partner. Working out in a group setting really kept me motivated and helped push me through. When we started working out, I could barely balance on one leg, could only lift 5 pound weights and could run for maybe 10 minutes straight. 6 months later everything has improved. I can run a full 30 minutes and I can do intervals at a 9.2 speed. I never thought I'd be able to run that fast in my life! Keith not only trained Brooke and I in our sessions, but he also would help us with daily cardio programs and he got us using My Fitness Pal, a website and app where we could track our daily food intake. The food was the biggest wakeup call and difference for me. After losing 5 pounds in our first 6 weeks, I hit a plateau and only lost 1 pound the next 6 weeks. I was very frustrated but Keith's positive attitude helped to get me motivated for our next assessment. In the meantime, Keith analyzed my food intake and I was eating 4 times too much sugar! Keith helped me find some alternative sugar free snacks and the following week, I lost 4 pounds just from making that one small change to my diet. Keith has changed my entire outlook on eating and I've honestly never felt healthier. If you're looking for a personal trainer to help you get in shape, Impact Fitness is the way to go. Not only do they make workouts different every session to fit your needs and goals but Keith has also helped to change my lifestyle with eating and exercise. I loved being able to workout in the privacy of my own home and not in front of an entire gym full of people staring at me. I've lost 15 pounds and went from a size 8 to a size 2 pant....which I have never worn in my life and I have muscle definition! I wouldn't have gotten these results without the true client focus and dedication of Impact Fitness."
