I was referred from a friend at work after pulling my back out twice in a row once installing a car battery and the other picking up a large box of cat litter. That was it, sick and tired of being out of shape. I wrestled in high school and since graduating I've been wanting to train in Jiu Jitsu. During the onboarding Coach Robert asked me for a fitness goal Jiu Jitsu was the goal I've had for over 7 years. I have now been training at Gracie Largo for 5 months and performing exceedingly well with my gas tank increasing every week. Elevate not only supported me in strengthening my back and losing weight but also supported me in pursuing my long term goals. I even ran into someone in public who said Elevate changed his life and I can't disagree. This is a high quality family owned business and I recommend in passing at every opportunity. I also feel Coach Robert is a highly talented personal trainer who never once was annoyed at my 1 million "whys" and if he didn't know the answer he would do research and share his findings with me. Elevate always treats the root cause and never fails to educate.

I love Circuit & Triple Threat ..stations is ok but I definitely don't burn as many calories as the other formats. You are given a heart rate monitor so you can track your progress and after class you get a breakdown of your heart rate throughout class. This really motivates you to push yourself!!! The instructors are great at providing demonstrations and pushing you to do your best. The only downside is it took a few weeks of going there before anyone explained the heart rate monitor and how to use it to achieve your goals. Other than that I really recommend coming here if you want a good sweat session!
