The instructors are great at providing demonstrations and pushing you to do your best. The only downside is it took a few weeks of going there before anyone explained the heart rate monitor and how to use it to achieve your goals. Other than that I really recommend coming here if you want a good sweat session!

When my partner arrived, he was told by Roddy that he needed the 60s for a class in a week, so we paid him anyways and took the rest of the dumbbells. This was 2 months ago, and we texted him on a weekly basis and were ignored and given multiple excuses. Eventually he told us he didn't have the dumbbells anymore. I'm not even upset about the money, it's just the principle of the matter that we gave him the money and trusted him.
