They followed all the necessary COVID-19 protocols while working. They were also very respectful and cleaned up after the work was done in one area. We were getting the work done during a weekday and Gustavo was very flexible in trying not to make too much noise during meetings. He was sport about making a last minute trip back to the store to make sure the wires he installed matched our existing coaxial cable. Originally he had quoted 1.5 days for the work to be done but the team chose to stay late (till 7pm) and finish the job on the same day (highly appreciated!). I found Gustavo completely by accident through Request-A-Quote...I was sending a quote request to an electrician our real estate agent had recommended and sent the request to him and to a few other electricians as well. He responded first (within a 30 minutes) and offered to come out that weekend to take a look at our bath fan replacement and rewiring project. We needed three bath fans installed, two as replacements and one completely new installation. Gustavo came out (arrived right on time), provided a detailed, itemized bid that was lower than the other electricians we had provide estimates and he was willing to do the work on the following weekend. Gustavo and his assistant (whose name I don't recall) showed up on time and immediately set to work. The project was actually more complex than we initially thought as they also had to install ducting in our attic to connect the upstairs fans to the attic vent, which was not part of the original scope of work. Gustavo purchased the needed materials and completed the work in one day. He did an excellent job with rewiring the two bathrooms and did a thorough job cleaning up after himself. He is extremely professional, a quiet and very polite individual, and his responsiveness and promptness really stood out to me. My wife and I had bought these pendant lights months ago and we just never got around to having them installed - for no good reason. However, the new year was here, and we thought enough was enough.
