They had been promoting it on their Instagram for $35 and online it goes for a little over $50. They also claimed that the cases were authentic so I was all for getting one at a cheaper price, of course. Anyway, when we came in a gentleman named Juan assisted us and Showed us the case and how they work and all that good stuff. I was happy with what I saw until he told me they were $45 and when I mentioned the Instagram post he insisted that they were never $35 (see attached picture). Juan also reassured me that the cases were authentic and were cheaper then the online price so both me and my friend purchased them anyway. A day later my friend had realized that the cases were in fact NOT authentic and we had been lied to. Honestly, if I wanted a fake light up phone case I could've easily bought one off EBay or Amazon for like $10 so I was definitely aggravated that I spent so much on something that wasn't real even after being told it was. On 8/26/16 we went to the store to return them and that's when things started going south. Juan was there again and I explained to him why we didn't want them. He said he could take the return but that he could not process it himself and for us to leave our name, number and email address and that we should get the return within like three business days. Mind you, this was a Friday so I'm like okay I'll give it till the Wednesday coming up and we should be fine. Well Wednesday came and went and nothing. I emailed the store and got no response. waited a few more days and still nothing in either of our accounts - going on a week now. Finally I sent another email and the manager called me back. The funny thing is he made it seem like I was being dramatic over wanting my money back. He proceeded to tell me "it's only been a few days and that he's not in the business of stealing money." Excuse me, but a return does not take over a week, I'm sorry. Anyway he said he would take care of it that night which was 9/1/16 - I finally received my return on 9/9/16 which was two weeks after I returned the item. Dealing with the unprofessionalism of this place has been nothing but a headache. Honestly, the truth is that all these 5 star reviews are because they offer you a discount if you leave a good review. I would know, they asked me to leave one when I brought them my iPad to fix in the beginning of the year (review which I've since deleted). & even when I had my iPad fixed their was an issue then too.. Long story short I would NOT recommend them :)

I had requested a flat screen TV mount for a 70" TV with in-wall wire concealment. After some discussion, Rob advised that we should do relocation of the power outlet behind the TV mount to remain fire code friendly, so we had them complete that work as well, & it was done very well. Rob & team were effective & I ended up opting to have more work done in the house including terminating CAT6 ethernet drops throughout the home & Rob was able to test, tone, & punch down all the CAT6 drops without issue. They also did cable management of one of the CAT6 drops to my TV mount location with discreet wire covers adhered to the wall. All told, everything came out looking neat & clean, was zip-tied professionally & all the cable terminations appear to be properly done as well.
